Fantastic range of sofas on display, from the minute I walked in a couple of weeks ago, I was approached by Sweeda who gave me, a first time sofa buyer, lots of valuable information, offered me a drink, under no pressure. Last weekend I went with my husband and bought the sofa. We had more valuable assistance re delivery/dimension details from Johan and a young lady who took our details etc (apologies, I can't remember her name). Overall fantastic service and have to say, these 3 people know their stuff. Highly recommend 👌

They took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us choose the right furniture without making us feel rushed. Their advice and excellent customer service made the whole shopping experience enjoyable. We are very grateful for all their help and are looking forward to receiving our furniture. We had a very pleasant experience at the DFS Brentford thanks to lovely Sweeda and ended up ordering a sofa. Sweeda was amazing patiently guiding us around and answering in great detail every single question we had. We helped ourselves to delicious hot chocolate and now look forward to our new piece of furniture. We are also grateful to the manager for his kind assistance.
