Don't use this company. They provide the worst service EVER. I ordered, and waited for over a month and still no delivery, despite multiple reassurances that my goods were on the way

I had to actively chase the order as they never contacted me to advise delays, and they were so difficult to get hold of. I couldn't get them by phone because it just went straight to answering service, and they finally responded to my emails when I threatened to register the sale as fraudulent with my bank

Eventually they offered to send me a pair of shoes that I hadn't ordered ...which I declined - I never received my order and decided to cancel. It'll be interesting to see if my payment makes it back to my account. I'll let you know if I don't ...

I placed an order on Sunday 1st March for safety shoes and paid £6.95 for delivery. No shoes have arrived
I have called a number of times and left messages and always get the answer phone!
I have sent 2 emails and have found this site now!
I would never have ordered if I had checked before hand.
Will be contacting my credit card company and trading standards today as this is disgusting service!
No email apart from confirmation of my order and the payment has been taken already.
People order safety shoes etc from this site as it is a necessity to their jobs etc and the service not provided is I excusable

Should have read other reviews before using this company.
My order still not hear, no reply to my emails, no answer on the phone.

I ordered a pair of boots for my husband, the site states delivery in 3 working days and we had to wait over 3 weeks. No customer service, emails between myself and the company were ridiculous, and patronising. I am now waiting for a manager to call me back as I have requested my delivery costs be refunded but they do not seem to understand even the simplist request. The person who did call me back was rude, arrogant and would not let me speak. When I arrived home the boots delivered where not what was ordered. Do not use this company unless you are willing to accept poor service, wrong goods and want a whole lot of aggrevation.

I ordered a full safety harness kit off this company on the 25th August, on the website it states 2/3 days delivery for off shore islands (were in Northern Ireland) 2 weeks after no delivery we started to panic as I had 3 jobs waiting to be done, so I contacted them and could only leave a message... I left a message and an hour later a man from their company got back to me.... I told him about what's been happening and he said to me "I will get straight onto the phone to the delivery company and call you back" 2 hours later still no response, so I left another message and nothing. Again the next day I left another 2 messages threatening to cancel the card payment and still nothing, then I phoned one last time the next day and nothing again!!! I also tried emailing them at both of their email addresses and from both I got a message "mail delivery system failure" If I could leave no stars for this company I would!! They also seem to have another company called Height Safety UK. Sent 2 emails to there and they went through. In my opinion they have got that many bad reviews they have started up again with a different company name.... Be Warned. I will be leaving as many bad reviews as possible for both company's... Absolutely Gutted as I have lost a lot of money!!

First time user of Davronline and must say I'm very satisfied by the online store. It was very simple to make the order and it got delivered in just a few days. I would recommend the site to anyone!

We ordered some items from this Company, we were not in any particular hurry and they arrived within 2 days, as ordered , no issues , a good reliable service. We have used DAVRONLINE before and had a similar positive experience, although having read some of the reviews, it is clear there are a lot of "Keyboard Warriors",...making similar kinds of negative reviews....( maybe they need to get a life)...or better try running a business!!.. Suggestion if you know you are going to need an item, order it in plenty of time.
We will re-order from DAVRONLINE and would suggest any other business do the same!...

We have purchased from Davronline 3 previous transactions and I have found them to be a good business. The service is reliable it is sometimes hard to get through on the phones, but is leave a message they will phone back.

Ordered a pair of shoes over a month ago and after chasing up for a very late delivery I got sent the wrong pair. After chasing up again by email, as they do not answer the phone, another wrong pair was sent. The seller has made excuses about being short staffed, etc plus the second pair is the correct one, although it is a different brand name. I have ordered Tuskers not SoleMate. In the end I asked him to collect the goods and refund me as I no longer want to wait as needed the shoes when I ordered them for work. Very patronising gentleman as well as unhelpful made all sotrs of excuses and to the day he never sent Fedex to collect the goods or refund me, I am now disputing the transaction through the bank. Absolute disgrace!

After 2 weeks of tring to contact dsvronline to find out where my boots were I contacted the ecustomer satisfaction site. within minutes of my review being publishrd on line tthey responded. I asked for my money back and I got it. since then I am receiving emails from them asking me to remove the review. as a consumer I am entitled to share my shopping experiences good and bad. Davronline are a very unproffesional set up and now want to play games with me via email instead of sorting themselves out.

WE ORDERED A COUPLE ITEMS FROM DAVRLONLINE EVEN HAVING READ SOME OF THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS...PRODUCTS WERE VERY GOOD AND UP TO THE DESCRIPTION AND DELIVERY WITHIN 2 DAYS...CANNOT FAULT THIS COMPANY. WE DO SEEM TO LIVE IN AN AGE OF COMPLAINT...HAD A SIMILAR EXPERIENCE WITH A HOLIDAY WE TOOK, SOME BAD REVIEWS AND GOOD ONES AND AGAIN COULD NOT FAULT THE RESORT..... KEEP IT UP DAVRONLINE C BIBBY.

We had need to purchase a full body safety harness as we had been asked to undertake an urgent job and was recommended Davronline as a good supplier by one of my members of staff as he used them once before. The salesman I spoke with was very helpful and new the product that I was seeking. The kit arrived in two days and would be happy to use them again. Their phone system was odd as it no one answered by they did phone back within 10 mins of leaving a message.

I had been searching for AM/FM radio ear defender for some weeks and found a number of options for sale on Davronline web site. I was attracted to a couple on the site and decided to phone them for advise. I phoned them and and left a message and sales chap phoned me back within 5 minutes. They advised me that the Elvex was by far the best product and in actual fact happened to be lowest in price. They explained the reason was that it is an American designed product manufactured by a smallish company and was not a known brand name.

I have to say that on receipt of the product it is as good as they described I LOVE IT and can't wait to try it out and the next race meeting I attend.

Wel done Davro! I will recomend you to all my mates.

I found this company after doing a search and tried to order a pair of ear protectors, after submitting my details a window popped up advising me that my card had not been accepted. I thought I must have entered my card number incorrectly so tried a second time - the same thing happened. I did not receive an email confirming the order/s so purchased the item locally. I was totally surprised to receive 2 packages from this company so contacted them to explain that I needed to return them. I contacted them by telephone to be spoken to by a most arrogant, unhelpful gentleman who would not let me get a word in and eventually put the phone down on me. I have also emailed and got no response. I subsequently returned the packages and I am in the process of trying to get a refund - as yet nothing.

I'm writing a good review about davro, I feel I owe it to them after a nasty email I sent to them by mistake. I ordered a pair of boots and got a little worried when they were taking some time to arrive. I checked online for reviews about the company and was far from impressed, I thought I had been conned especially since they weren't replying to my emails. Now I know davro are not crooks and I would definitely deal with them again, I never gave them the benefit of the doubt, it was Christmas and of course mail is busy. However davro ran their business before, they certainly don't run it like that now. They have improved even if they have slight communication issues. And again would like to sincerely apologise to Simon Rose for any inconvenience caused by my email. Many thanks for the boots.

I ordered by phone after leaving a message. Sales person rang back after 15 mins and helped me decide on the best safety Wellingtons to order. He recomended Cofra and they arrived on the Monday.

Very good and very happy. I see others have had a lesser and mixed experience but my encounter is positive.

Ordered a Scafold harness after talking with their sales person who was very helpful. The item arrived two days later and everything is fine will be happy to order again when the need arrises.

just ordered goods from davronline ,they took funds next day havent recieved goods ,been trying to contact them on phone and emails to there support and sales team , never got through or recieved reply ,went online and looked for complaints about davronline and was gobsmacked how many there are ,so i have just contacted trading standards and geotrust , so see what happens from now,

got a phone call from someone at davro on monday ,they said the phone number on there web page was a fax number ,oh right so why is there an answer service on there ,he said my boots arnt in stock and have to come from italy,so why wasnt that displayed on your web site,you shouldnt have taken funds untill the good are dispatched to me ,and theres 2 different addresses to this firm as well, he did say i will recieve my boots tuesday next week 23/2.2002,we will see if he is right or not, still havent recieved any replys from emails that i had sent,it seems you only get a reply from davro if you post on this site

After a long and painfully frustrating 6 months of waiting,writing e mails , online reviews, letters, phone calls and contact with trading standards I have finally got what I wanted from DAVROnline !! A refund (for my phantom steel toe capped boots) that has successfully gone into my bank account.

But please sort your company out George, you are have provided an exceptionally poor service.

Worst company ever.No communication,no goods,no money.
