Dan Murphy's is fabulous if they have what you want. But DONT TRY CONTACTING them.
It's impossible. Their 1300 number tells you to go to the Web site. Then the auto bot doesn't read your question OR connect you to a real person. I'm so disappointed. I'm an excellent customer and expect much better contact availability.

Milly at Launceston Dan Murphy’s has horrible service skills. She’s rude and extremely unprofessional, I saw her talking about customers to another employee manning the checkout. Absolutely appalled.

A big shout out to Loretta at Echuca Dan's. A superstar in helping me today gathering my supplies for a 21st. She went above and beyond and was so friendly -awesome customer service!! Thanks for your help :)

I very disappointed with Dan Murphy's Strathfield on Friday 23/02/24 I had 2 orders of 20ctns Heineken and 2ctns VB for my Nephew wedding party, on Monday 26/02/24 they canceled my orders and don't let me know WHY???
They shouldn’t take my orders I can orders from First Choice they will beat the price
On Tuesday 27/02/24 Customer service team members asking me to call 1300 658 200 but they do nothing.
I’m not happy 😠

For the last 4 months a 6 pack of wine offered but every time I order there is only 1 wine available. Misleading advertising. Bot useless, customer service rep unable to help, where is contact with a human that you can discuss your problem with. Switching to 1st Choice. At least I get Fly Buy points.

One week the price of a product is $60 with a $58 members discount ..Then the next real price is $58 without members discount ..Then the follwing week the same product is $65 ..Will the real price please stand up ..I'm starting to question the pricing policy that Dan's so proudly promote ..

Regarding the Gladesville store...certainly wouldn't put it in the category of service with a smile. Also, a very thorough bag investigation. There's a book how to Win Friends and Influence People. The staff seem to have been forced to read the book How to P-iss People off and Wind them up!!!!!!!

I would like to say how great the customer service was from a guy by the name of Kerry. He works at the Oxley Dan Murphy’s.
He was very knowledgeable in what I asked him and assisted me the whole time I was there as I was not familiar with the place and some alcohol.
I would like to make a mention that he was great.

I don’t understand why they don’t send that work experience guy back to school and spend the money on getting a qualified web page designer. Trying to navigate their site to place an order is a nightmare!

Don't buy any alcohol from this scumbag company. Dan Murphys refuse to accept orders from and deliver to the Northern Territory. This has been a decision made in the name of political correctness only. If you purchase from this company you contribute to the discriminatory policies that they place upon law abiding citizens who should have the same rights as every other citizen in Australia

The Click and Collect app never works.
Complained to Store Manager who said it was some Internet Company that supplied the Service. And that there had bee many complaints
Rang the Complaints Line and the message was I had to complain online
You are obviously trying to discourage anyone contacting you
Shame on your Company!

I purachased from their website a case of 12 wines. Only 6 were delivered (I actually had to collect as Aus Post said they could not find my address to which I have been living for the last 38 years and always get my mail). I tried the online chat and that was useleas they did not understand, they could see I purchased during a pomotion and then just ended the chat as they probably realised they were wrong. Do not trust the online purchase system.

Delivery service says it's delivered, but nothing was delivered or left at the door.
I've been charged for products that weren't delivered, which I believe is illegal, if I could rate at zero stars, I would!
Shocking!

Your Dan Murphy APP is painful. Password reset doesn’t work, multiple other issues over the last 6-months. I like your shops but won’t be returning, so frustrating. Everything is geared to members prices and your members APP should be 100%. Sorry, very poor in my experience.

My Dad purchased 6 Bottles of Sparkling Shiraz - Seaview, from the Bay Rd Store,
They were stored in Terracotta Pipes as is the majority of his Wine Collection.
One of the bottles exploded, red wine & glass everywhere, the base of the bottle & the neck all still in place, damage was the middle of the bottle.
There was nothing that had happened for this to take place…
The bottle was taken back to the store of purchase, the Staff Member was not interested in returning the bottle to Seaview, he shut down the conversation.
Did not want to discuss it, he was actually offhand & rude… A 25ish year old bloke from Bay Rd Cheltenham Store - learn some empathy when dealing with an 80 year old man with a brain injury…

Another personal complaint that I wish to speak personally to a real customer service officer regarding this serious complaint .
All phone numbers refer to contact “Murphy “ I am finding it impossible to speak to anyone from Dan Murphy’s - live chat didn’t solve my problem .

Emily at the Greenhills store told me 2 weeks ago when I had a significant purchase for Christmas gifts that "We don't match First Choice prices so I can't do that!"
Like hello first choice is Dans main competitor? So I went in today to buy some more brandy to stock up at home for our next lot of visitors and showed her Liquorland nearby had the same product cheaper. She gave me a filthy look and tapped on her computer for a while and turned around and smiled and said nup can't do that Liquorland don't have stock. (Least that made her smile) so I left the store much to a very shocked looking Emily and went to Liquorland where there was plenty of stock and saved myself $30.
