Cycle Solutions were very responsive to any questions I had and were helpful and friendly. Build and delivery were within days of me ordering my bike and they kept me informed at every stage.

I ordered a bike through the Cycle2Work scheme. The bike was delivered assembled and serviced. After a quick set up with a helpful guide, it was good to go! It also came with complimentary multitool and spanner which made set up a breeze. Very pleased with the speed and efficiency of the ordering/ delivery process.

I purchased my bike through cycle solutions as part of the cycle to work scheme and their selection, price and service was excellent. Even when I had to do some returns it was quick and responsive. Will definitely be going to them for my future cycle needs.

I got a bike through the Cycle to Work Scheme. End to end the process was well signposted and executed. I also found staff I emailed or spoke with friendly and helpful. And I'm enjoying the new bike, having cycled to the office with it this morning.

One of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. A warranty that doesn't cover anything. The derailleur got bent as the chain was not aligned properly. Didn't realise this as rode the bike and the chain snaps. Emailed them and said nothing they can do as its wear and tear. I advised totally understand that not my first bike had Mountain Bike and road bike before this and both lasted for years without any problem. This brand new bike after riding it once the chain snaps off. Took into halfords to check and they advised the derailleur wasnt on straight hence why the chain pulled and jammed in the gear change. To my dismay they have advised they will not do anything and apparently they are cyclists haha. What a joke. Wish I never spent a penny with this company.

Super fast turnaround of cycle delivery. A little disappointing shifter batteries arrived flat and had to be replaced before using for the 1st time.

Very smooth initial ordering/delivery process through C2W. Was very anxious about the product as saw a lot of bad reviews on google after ordering, however bike arrived in good condition on time as expected. Took it for a service before riding it and there were a few small setup issues (derailleur slightly off, handlebars too wide, bar tape a bit enthusiastic) but they were minor and did not impact function. Overall very happy

Great choice of bikes with a good discount. The process was easy to complete and once my employer authorised my application, I had my bike the next day. The bike came fully assembled (including the tyres). I would highly recommend the guys for your new bike.
