Too slow
Can’t fault the quality of regatta gear, they fit well and they last.
Almost 2 months for delivery of winter jackets isn’t acceptable in my opinion, it’s march now… they’ll be going into storage for next year a this stage.
I’ve bought twice and the first time there apparently was a fire and second time storm damage to the warehouse. Likely won’t be using these again

Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances, we recently experienced some delays with our production. However, we have now invested in additional resources and implemented extra procedures to ensure this isn't the case going forward.
Your first order was placed in October 2023, this was not affected by a fire - our production units and offices (along with countless other businesses in Newry/Dundalk area) were affected by flooding. This caused substantial damage to our offices, stock and machinery - we do appreciate your patience back then and thank you for continuing to order with us!

I placed an order two months ago and…
I placed an order two months ago and have received no updates on when it would be delivered, except when I reached out to inquire. Each time, I was given vague responses, with promises to check on the delivery date, but nothing concrete.
Last week, I was told it would be shipped on Friday. Then today, I was informed it had been sent yesterday. However, I’ve just received an email stating it was only collected from the location moments ago.
This is a complete lack of respect for the customer.

First delivery came with logos not straight, damaged etc. sent them back and still waiting for replacement.
