Energetic and thorough instructor - moved at a good pace and aware of class's strengths and weaknesses.

Excellent instructor.

The instructor was knowledgeable. But I had an issue with my microphone so I had to use the chat to communicate. I didn't like how the instructor was making side comments about me. Or had an irritated attitude with me when she asked a question it took a minute for me to type my response. At one point she asked me a question and as I was typing I heard her say to another person " she's probably cursing me out right now." I could hear everything!! Plus it took several seconds for her to see my screen as there was lag time. At one point she let out a sigh and said "Kim Kim Kim". If I do take another course I DO NOT want this instructor!!!

My teacher Mary H teaching style is amazing!

I started computer courses this week online at CTS. I took Excel Parts 1, 2, and 3 from 9-4 for the last three days. Both teachers were exceptional. They were on time, more than willing to stop at any point and answer questions and were very professional and knowledgeable. The training coordinator took care of all of the scheduling details and promptly mailed the books and equipment I needed for the class. I'm looking forward to my next round of classes and would highly recommend CTS.

Bob and Mary are great instructors. These classes provide you with a lot tools for you career.

Teachers are great and are careful to make sure everyone is tracking along. Great sense of humor and they definitely keep things lively and not boring!

The instructor was very good, very encouraging, complimentary and attentive. The course work was advanced for the most part. I found it worthwhile overall and just what I needed.

It was absolutely too fast, that is not accelerated it felt rushed. I think it should be more individualized maybe finding out where a student is would help

Great hands-on class. Bob is an excellent instructor. Plenty of opportunities to ask questions and all my questions were answered by Bob. I took this class online and the online experience was very good. I highly recommend MS Project I - Completing Projects at CTS.

Instructor (Angela) was amazing! She was so patient and friendly. The class exceeded my expectations. Would be interested in taking more classes!

I took the in person class. I learned a bunch. I wish there was more communication regarding the online options. I am glad I did not consider that option because there was no communication that you need two monitors to take the class online. If I had taken the online option, I would have had problems because I only have my laptop monitor.

I took a class yesterday and it was a wonderful class. I was able to get a refresher on my excel skills as well as I learned some new tricks and procedures with using excel. The instructure was amazing, personable, and fun. He really kept the class engaged. I will be sure to ask for him again for my next class. Thanks CTS for a for an opportunity to strengthen my professional skills.

I think that the class was very clear, even though I am totally new to these, I was able to follow pretty much all day long and that makes me think that I can do this.

This is great to update your computer skills for advancement in the hiring field and commit to a great understanding of what is used today in an ever-growing field.

Bob did very well as a teacher. He was easy to understand, clear and very approachable.
There is a lot more that could have been added to the class. Bob went along with the book. Which was fine.
However, it would be much more beneficial to offer an accelerated class, that finished the first book in the morning, and then spent the rest of the day working on the next level. My coworker and I both wished the class had covered much more at a much faster pace.
The facility was nice - great location.
