In two weeks I took the three levels…
In two weeks I took the three levels and passed first time on each, the course materials are in three blocks per topic. A video, 9 mins long on average and excellently presented by Jim. No gotchas or hidden meanings just clarity and purpose for each topic. I have no algebra skills, pretty poor at math in general and yet comfortably passed. Then after the video is a short reading passage then mock tests. You will recognise the correct answers, the reason is you understand the meaning, it's not parrot memory, that's not easy with a pool of 600 questions just for the extra test. It's concept recognition, what do capacitors do and why does series and parallel matter, what flows first. The course is so well written and professional and concisely presented that you will quickly understand the meaning.

Fantastic Course
I signed up for this course because it was recommended by the Ham Radio community. I had no experience in Ham Radio before this course. The course is laid out in a simple, easy-to-understand way. Love that after watching the video for each lesson, it is followed by the text, word for word, from the video. Also, what is extremely helpful is that test question answers are in blue text. Love that you can go back and rewatch the videos and reread the text as often as you like. You can take unlimited practise tests, and it keeps your average score.
Another very helpful feature is the random test question generator, and on the app, the quiz based on the questions you're having the most difficulty with feature. The app is also excellent, and the fact is that whether you use the app or the website, each will sync up so that they both show your updated progress, regardless of which platform you use.
I found this course invaluable, and the results showed. I took my Technician exam and scored 35/35 or 100%. I completed the test in under four minutes! Can't recommend this course enough!!

Excellent Customer Support
Had a small issue with the course using my Samsung Tab S9 Plus and ended up having to reach out to customer support. They were very professional, polite, and able to resolve my issue very quickly! So far my experience with the course has been great and I know that, should I have any other issues, I have the support I need to get them quickly resolved.

Easy to follow
Easy to follow. I love the fact that as you take the practice test, it adjust your scores in the lessons so you know what to work on. It seems like everything you will need is right at your fingertips. The price is on point too. Its not expensive and you get more than you will probably need.
