I have no idea if and when my order is going to arrive

Critical Power Supplies came through for us when one of our routers went offline.

If we did not have the capability to get the hardware delivered before 1030 the next day it would've adversely affected our business

Item arrived on next day and was as specified. Good quality UPSs. Have used them both at home and professionally.

Delivery very good. Product appears well-made and is now protecting my important equipment.

My UPS battery failure light came on unexpectedly as it was less than 18 months old so needed a replacement ASAP. Order one from Critical Power Supplies with their free not guaranteed next day delivery and got it the next day. The manufactures test certificate shows it was made / tested within the last few months so while the battery pack was in stock it had not been sat of a shelf degrading.

Critical Power Supplies Ltd has the ACP UPS i wanted in stock and cheaper than other online sites. Delivered quickly without fuss.

Despite it being listed as available, the UPS I was after was unfortunately not in stock. However was contacted by CPS, who offered a free upgrade at their cost for one they did have available. Can't really ask for more than that!

Product was supplied promptly, is easy to set up and has already proven successful.

Absolutely useless, and could not care less about my order.
I ordered a range of equipment and they failed to dispatch any of it on time - despite saying they could deliver everything next day (and me paying for it)
The items were also out of stock - despite showing as in stock on their website.
The email and phone support was completely void of any empathy, they could not just care less.
I had to chase them to find out if all the items were in stock or not. They first emailed me to say some were out of stock, but then it was only after calling them and asking explicitly about the whole order that EVERYTHING I ordered was out of stock. They don't carry the items themselves, a point they fail to mention. Unhelpful and evidently can't be trusted.

Purchase arrived next day, which is what we needed to keep a client who had already been let down happy. We struggled to get any update on the despatch however (tracking, confirmation of initial collection etc) which would have gone a long way towards providing confidence to both ourselves and our end user.
Overall, I am happy with the price and the process, I would just have liked a little more visibility on the delivery itself.
This aside (and it will be factored in next time where hopefully such a rushed delivery will not be necessary) we will definitely be using CPS Ltd again.

Easy to order. Free postage. Ordered on Sunday -delivered Tuesday. Great service.
