If I could give it zero stars I would ! Very unnerving service they do not know what they’re doing ! It this is the service I paid to get my tax refund earlier than 5 days nothing at all !! If the business is saying they sent it to Credit Karma and it’s not yet in the account then something or some is stealing or there is a false narratives! Never using credit karma again, and I’ll be sure to let all the tax payers know .

Credit Karma sucks advertise tax return this is the longest I ever received my return the only reason I dealt with them because they said I qualify for advance that I never got and requested I was supposed to receive 5 days that was a lie I would never use them for anything again this is the first time I use my account for my taxes and this is the last time I'm telling you guys do not do it and waste your time my money been hold up for days I always had my money by my birthday which is February 22nd never again

I have used turbotax for over a decade for my taxes. the last few years they have been using their credit karma product instead of direct deposit as the free option to get your taxes back. I WILL NEVER use this method again NEVER not only did the turbotax software screw me out of money by forcing me to file as single instead of head of household, creditkarma wont allow my purchases at stores that are well known and viral on social media. Literally the stores have higher ratings than turbotax or creditkarma. NORMALLY with a bank, when the bank flags a transaction the customer is allowed to authorize the transaction anyway, not with credit karma. and the person i spoke to was like, just use a different card. i dont have another card. just use venmo or cash app. i dont have those either. just use apple pay, I DID USE APPLE PAY, YOU STILL DECLINED THE TRANSACTION! I am literally just trying to buy freaking bras and underwear!!! and this dumb pam lady says, just use instant transfer repeatedly after I have told her 4 times that instant transfer would cost me $21 to move my money. WHICH IS INSANE. AND HERE'S THE KICKER, IT WOULDNT LET ME MOVE MY MONEY TO MY APPLE PAY EITHER!!!!!! I HATE THESE PEOPLE. Never again will my money ever touch an intuit product. i would rather do my taxes with a pencil like i used to and get direct deposit than EVER allow any intuit product to grace my presence ever again.

Twice in two months I’ve received notification from loan companies saying that I had applied for loans. These were loan offers that my CK account showed. I did not apply for these loans. Anytime you view loan offers, they send the company your application. They say it does not impact your credit rating but it does on some level.

I had to complete an ID verification with customer service three separate times, on the same day. Each time I needed to perform an action, they claimed to have no record of me having just completed the verification process.

Credit Karma takes your money, but offers absolutely no support. Customer Service is a joke, a bad joke. Rude snd incompetent staff.
Better interest rates can be found elsewhere. They call customers liars!

For the most part, I have had a good experience with them. They have decent interest rates and a decent app. However, after attempting to link an account and withdraw money failed while I was out of town without internet access, they suddenly closed my account just over a week after locking it without answer why the account was locked or why it was subsequently closed.

Since Credit Karma has been privy to every aspect of my adult life for the last 20 years, I figured this would be a no brainer. Complete waste of time and effort. Applied for a small debt consolidation loan through Credit Karma via Lending Club to avoid some higher credit card interest rates. Over a period of two weeks, I was asked to submit the same documents several times. So I did. Nothing happened. I would call and hear a different excuse. Each time I asked to speak with someone who may have actually glanced at my file, I was told they don't do that. So who's actually working on this? Long story short, each phone call ended the same, with a request to be contacted directly, which I never was. This phantom business outsources everything through call centers and puts you in touch with people that have no comprehension of what's going on. Asking for personal and financial information over the phone, and unable to resolve any issues. They asked for documents that did not pertain to my situation, and when informed about it, they would say they made a note in the file. Fast forward over two weeks, and they email me stating they are unable to find a partner that will fulfill the request. Credit Karma states that this was a guaranteed approval or they will give you $50.00 based on having all my financials lined up already. So I figure at least I can go have a nice meal to make up for the inconvenience. Nope, Credit Karma states that Lending Club shows the loan was approved at or better rate than applied for! HA! This is a joke. When pressed through the help chat they want to see a copy of the adverse action notice, which is not a document that can be saved. So I had to print it, scan it, submit it, and then wait for Credit Karma chat help to escalate it to a real person.

Credit karma they are the biggest scam in thieves I have met in my life. I had a card with him in to fraud transactions came in and they deny my dispute. Spend days battling them on the issue dated nothing I lost my money for purchases done 1700 miles away from me in another state, Credit Karma did not care whatsoever. Customer Service is horrible and when they don’t like what you tell them they go ahead and hang the call on you. The worst I’ve ever seen in my life I would never ever invest not even ascent in this company and I hope the company goes down the drain. I hope they go bankrupt plus they don’t even give you a good credit score because they don’t even go through file. They have their own little stupid score. That’s not worth anything and all the cards offered are medium to mediocre at best.

Intuit Credit Karma
Credit Karma is running a scam about lowering auto loan rates. With my excellent credit, they showed I could lower my interest rate from 7.49% to 3.46%. They showed this offer for a current loan on a used truck that they have on my account. So I chose one of the recommended refi companies. They came back with a higher interest rate than I already have, but increased the loan by 10 months so the payment would go down by $3.00 a month. What a joke and a waste of time. Also, a hard check on my credit had to be run, so now my credit rating takes a hit. Beware of this so called service!

I attempted to resolve an issue of identity theft no less than a dozen times with this company and they couldn't understand the problem or were too lazy to attempt to help. I filed a police report and they refused to help identify credit/identity theft with law enforcement.

A merchant charged my checking account 15 times overnight between the hours of 2:00 and 4:00 in the morning, totaling over $700. When I called to have the situation rectified, credit karma told me the whole situation has to go under investigation which took weeks. After the investigation they informed me that they will not be crediting my account and I will have to deal with the merchant directly. Then without my knowledge they cancel my debit card and terminate my account all together. Stating that their system had scored my account as being high risk. I explained that I had already filed my tax returns and they are to be deposited into that account. Credit karma basically told me there's nothing they can do once the system makes that decision and that any funds that are received will be sent to me in a paper check. Do not use this company, any fraud that happens on their watch will not be compensated for. And they can cancel your checking account at any time, without even giving you any type of explanation. Do not work with this company you will regret it.

We can leave ask the back reviews we want but that's not going to do anything because they didn't care. They didn't care about their clients or training their reps on how to help. They say free it's not free, they say five days early that is also wrong then they charge you even though you can't get the advance. I got left unanswered I sent emails and don't get help or a response fur over a week. Then I keep trying to get support still nothing
I've been working for 37 years and have never waited this long for a refund when there's nothing wrong it got out in a weekly cycle I'm not getting paths credits and still sitting there I've been on codes 150806766 for a week now today is the update day in a week cycle and again nothing when I filed well over 21 days it was acceptrd 1/16/26 today is 2/13 I wish negative stars were an option

I get emails from credit karma.
Out of the blue, I received an email from One Financial thanking me for checking for a loan. I did not check for a loan with anyone. This company sent my info without my permission. I was unable to reach anyone at Credit Karma to check this. No telling who else they have sent my info to.
DON'T USE THEM!

Can I give a negative 10?? I have been using Turbo Tax for years and they have been great, but once they joined with Intuit/Credit Karma, all things have gone downhill and into hell. First, they inform me after I filed, that I have been granted a credit card (which I never knowingly authorized) and it will be sent to my home. I told them NO, no credit card over 1 wk ago, but yet they are still sending it. The worst part is, both of my returns have been received, but they no longer go straight into my personal account, they go to a Credit Karma account where you must move funds over in increments of $1000 (3-5 day processing) or pay a fee of 1.75% for instant credit. Talk about a scam! I have emailed them no less than 5 times and nothing happens. I finally found their phone number and got two persons who could barely speak English! OMG, this is a scam and a horrific way to coerce people for a fee! I hope the BBB is contacted. My only choice is to wait a week for them to close my accounts and credit my personal account which also takes 3-5 business days. I am livid and will never use Turbo Tax again. These criminal scammers must be part of the Deep State! My money better arrive next week or hell to pay!

They lie. They claim to check daily. I want to know what they consider daily. My scores jumped, a lot, several days ago but edit karma is oblivious to that info.

They simply lie for companies so they can hit you with outrageous interest loans. Thanks for the false help but no thanks to 35 percent.

They make it impossible to change your phone number and then have scammer vibes asking for ridiculous amounts of documentation just to change a phone number. Literally gave everything but my Driver's License and rudely kept accusing me of not being me but refused to identify themselves! Asked for anyone else to deal with who actually has a real name so I would have a reference to tell someone higher up and they refused. Horrible and now it feels unsafe

My experience with Credit Karma’s Refund Advance (through TurboTax) has been nightmarish and deeply misleading.

I applied for the Refund Advance during the filing process, my federal return was accepted on January 26, and I was explicitly told by a TurboTax representative that I was approved for a $500 advance. Based on that information, I reasonably expected the funds to be deposited shortly after acceptance.

That never happened.

What followed was days of being bounced back and forth between TurboTax and Credit Karma, with conflicting answers, no written confirmation of approval or denial, and no clear explanation of what actually occurred. I received no denial email from WebBank, no status update in my account, and no way to reapply. At one point I was told Credit Karma was “waiting on a PIN/number,” but no one could explain what that meant or what I was supposed to do.

I spent hours on calls and live chats, including attempted escalations. In multiple cases, live chat agents abruptly disconnected without addressing the issue at all. There is no transparency, no accountability, and no clear process for customers once something goes wrong.

If you are counting on a Refund Advance for time-sensitive financial needs, be aware that:
• “Approval” may not mean approval
• You may receive no denial notice
• Support teams may contradict each other
• There may be no resolution path at all

This experience caused significant stress and financial harm. At minimum, Credit Karma needs to be honest and transparent about how these advances actually work and provide clear written status updates when applications fail.
