WHAT IS GOING ON HERE. I NEARLY SIGNED UP FOR A FREE TRIAL ON THE ADVICE OF MY PENSION COMPANY. I DID NOT THINK I WOULD BE CHARGED A MONTHLY FEE. THANK GOD I READ TRUST PILOT REVIEWS. I THOUGHT THIS COMPANY WERE LEGIT AND USED BY ALL THE BANKS BUT IT LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE JUST AFTER YOU MONEY.

I signed up for the free trial of the CreditExpert service and, when I realised I didn't need it for what I thought I needed it for, I tried to cancel the trial through both the app and the website. I was met with error messages and couldn't cancel, so called customer services (weeks before my free trial ended), who told me they'd cancelled it there and then and I wouldn't be charged. Happy days. The end of my free trial comes around and a payment is taken from my bank account. Contacted customer services in writing and I'm told that as per their terms and conditions they cannot give me a refund as it wasn't cancelled before the end of my free trial, of course they have no problem cancelling it after I've paid though. I had no way to cancel on my own and the customer service representative lied to me and told me they'd cancelled when they evidently hadn't, forcing me into a payment I had no intention of making.

This credit agency company is completely rubbish I fill a form for a credit card from Tesco and I was refused.My credit score is good in Trans Union 615 out of 710 the best credit agency
ever. Probably if I was a paying costumer to Experian UK was a different story .
Unfair , damaged and ridiculous .
Not recommend the services of Experian .UK to anyone.

Paid £14.99 for full service to daily monitor and increase credit score. Waste of money as far I can work out. You only get one boost a month ! on the Experian free, this will pick up info anyway when companies update them. Why bother checking score each day if only updates info once a month ? Downgraded to lower tariff and now want to go free again, but can't go free as already downgraded this month ? What a scam
Making money out of info that is free info other credit scorers don't charge for.

I agree with all the previous reviewers, this company needs reporting to the ombudsman, has been absolutely useless on sorting out my disputes with 3 (another dreadful company) and as a result my credit score has gone from Excellent to poor in 2 Months, how is that possible? this company should not hold as much sway with lenders,

Completely rubbish website showing everything incorrect,taken 15£ for nothing is taken off you points,completely SCAM…!!!!

Been taking money from my account for over a year. All
my accounts say they are free and Experian Say they can’t find an account and I must have another premium one. 7 phone calls and still no resolution. Requested bank cancel it and still being taken.

Created an account on October 22. After all data I entered, Experian said that they could not verify my identity with no choice but to do anything. I gave it time. Today 21st of February 2023, I tried again. Same story. Finally, I decided to spend an hour on calls. The automatic voice asked to wait for more than 48h but I know that it lasts already for months. Finally, I was connected to an advisor. After endless spellings of my email first operator suddenly disconnected when the time came to help.
The second operator (they don't even introduce their names) said that my attempt was declined without explaining the reason and that it's too old to even wait for updates.
So she can close my attempt, and I should try again.
When I asked why I should try again, nothing had changed since that time in my life she hung. I've lived in several places for the last year. But I can say that this kind of service may exist only in the UK.

So does anyone actually work in Customer Service - options for everything.......except an actual person to speak too! Can't not access my account keeps saying more checks need to be completed and ill be contacted with in 2 days - I have been waiting nearly 1 YEAR!! Disgusting how they monopolise the the credit market - awful service, absolutely hate having to use them! I would give this a negative 5 star rating if I could!!!

What a con, been working on my credit score for 12 months it’s going great guns with all the other websites, however I got an email update from Experian saying I’d lost 135 points, in a panic went on to the app and they’d deducted my points , guess what had to subscribe to find out what’s gone on so stupidly I did and guess what low and behold my -135 points were added back in the next day plus another 30 points, registered a compliant and they wouldn’t answer my question joke of a site avoid if you don’t want ripping off , I’ve now deleted the app and use more trusted ones elsewhere

I have to pay for this service just to stop their staff damaging my credit rating, I've Identified approx 10 issues on my account over 15 years and everytime it's been their customer services who have logged incorrect data regarding addresses which I've never lived at and which sometimes don't actually exist, currently my title is showing as undefined rather than Mr just because their staff can't be bothered to enter details correctly on a recent house move and notifications about changes to my file never arrive...its like a protection racket, if you don't pay you can't easily see what they're doing to your account! No idea why these people are allowed to store sensitive data when they make so many mistakes, would actually give 0 stars but its not allowed!

I have recently been a victim of identity theft. The Experian team were very helpful, investigated and deleted the search from my credit report. They also helped me to add extra security to my account. Thank you, Kirstie and Catherine.

Just awful. Can't get to speak to anyone about a huge fault with the report and the support team don't seem to be reading the problem. I had 2 accounts it seems (weirdly) and they deleted the wrong one... Now I cannopt get it back or get anyone to understand what the problem is.

My credit score fell 500 overnight no reason! No online chat,Tried calling phone no lots of options tried all never did speak to any1.Tried to upgrade acount twice Nothing.Pretty useless Clear score seem better

I joined Experian recently and instantly and for no reason my credit report appeared to be very good and higher than i thought. It is also good on Clearscore. However as soon as my 30 day trail ended and i did not renew with Experian my credit report fell dramatically by 200 points. I had not taken out any credit with anyone and don't owe anyone any money. All i can think is that Experian faked my report initially to con me into paying them a monthly fee .. which i didn't ... i wouldn't recommend Experian to anyone ..

Abysmal. I set up an account, got a score and profile with projections of what could be improved. Opted for the £14.99 Credit Expert subscription. It worked (partially) in the first instance, and then my subscription reverted to free, with no add-ons. Tried to subscribe again to see that would unblock their computer issues would sort themselves out (I didn't confirm the final part of the payment), but strangely I've been charged to my bank account a second time. Now I've paid £29.98 for no subscription at all. Phone line doesn't work. There is no agent on the website chatline, and the phone app doesn't allow any complaint or access to customer services. I've contacted my bank to reverse the transactions but please don't bother with this company. It presents as a company that cares about your credit, but operates like a scam.

The worst credit assessment agency that ever existed. I applied for a Cooperative Bank C.C. and I met all the criteria required. Refused because of this company's mis-information. As much good as a chocolate teapot. It is interesting to read all the comments and to realise that the system is absolutely corrupt. If you want any more info about their "report?£ it will cost you a fortune!!

Tried to sign back in after a few years. It said they needed to complete some checks which could take a couple of days.

This was a week ago and still nothing. No agents online and impossible to speak to anyone on the phone!
