This watch is fantastic, not only does it tell me how many steps I have taken, what my heart rate is, but it gives me confidence that if I have a panic experience I only have to press the red button and you contact me immediately and can see where I am and contact my wife or carer to advise them of my where abouts! Since I have been wearing my CPR watch I have felt so much more confident! Thank you. Geoff Try

Watch arrived with a faulty sim card, they sent another but I still couldn't get the app to work with the watch or the SOS. They then said they would send an EE one because they had better signal, that sim arrived and once again they had sent out the wrong sim. So I had to wait for a fourth sim. Finally was able to use the watch however despite the claims online the SOS did ring me but apparently it didn't have enough signal to up date the GPS on the app so while I knew my grandma was in trouble, I had no way of knowing where.

At one point it was suggested that as long as there was enough signal where my grandma is located most often that it would be okay, but frankly, the whole point of the watch is to know where she is and if she isn't safe that I could find her.

During all of this the team was very responsive and helpful but the minute I sent it back and refused any more help (I was very patient, we waited for 4 sim cards and lots of communication before giving up on it) I started to get ignored. They confirmed delivery of the watch return as they phoned me to ask what else they could do to help and suggested maybe the watch was faulty and they would send another. This was declined and asked for the watch refund and also mentioned several times about them cancelling the very expensive monthly subscription.

It took weeks and I sent so many emails chasing the refund. The subscription was then charged and I sent even more emails chasing the money and the cancellation.

Eventually I got through to someone who processed it immediately but it really worried me that if I wasn't checking and my grandma wasn't switched on enough to check her bank whether they would have sent it at all.

Overall I found it to be a very poor product and quite poor service. I wouldn't recommend.

Staff at CPR Gurdian are good and helpful but the watch itself was not right for my wife.
It arrived in 24 hours so this us excellent service, however we had problems with the way it had been set up with the sim and tech support at first said its an issue with their sim provider, then it turned out the number of the watch statted +44 and I had to manually change this to 0. It took a further call to get this found and sorted.
This problem meant the app on my phone would not communicate with it.
My wife then had an allergic reaction to the watch and was told to change the strap. At £200 plus this should not be the solution.
However, I am within my 14 day period so they have agreed to me returning for a full refund and I am now waiting for the returns label to be emailed to me.
It's a shame because my wife suffers from falls and this would have put my mind at rest while I am at work.

This watch is excellent. I live alone and suffer from epilepsy and it’s a great way to alert my family to when I’m having a seizure. I like to go out walking also so it lets them know where I am at all times. Can call from my watch and the sound is perfect! Great product! Has brought a lot of peace of mind to my daughters and myself.

I spoke to Chelsea in Technical today as I was concerned about the location accuracy of our Watch.
Chelsea explained exactly how the GPS worked and the benefits of setting up Wi~Fi and Geo Fencing.
We also discussed the Falls Monitoring.
She extremely helpful and patient.

A brilliant watch and gives peace of mind

Both Nathan and Tom at CPR Guardian were endlessly patient and helpful with my technical issues. Although it took a while and a few goes on my behalf to get it right, my issues were all sorted out and it was such a blessing to be able to get through so quickly to talk to the experts. Thank you!

The after sales support team are just amazing, nothing is ever too much trouble. The level of support that I have received has been second to none.

Having become wobbly and liable to fall, I knew I needed to do something for when there was no one around - and I didn’t fancy wearing a pendant round my neck. A watch you could both speak into, press buttons for help, and both send and receive voicemails from felt the right tool for giving peace of mind.

We had initial problems due to the mechanism being too sensitive, and therefore indicating a fall when none had happened, but the helpline was efficient and sorted it for us.

Long may I not need to use it in a real emergency - but it is good to know that it is there if and when it is needed!

This is a great device which gives peace of mind to relatives. If the person using it is quite old and frail they may struggle to remember charging it. The battery lasts about 24 hours. The fall detection is very good. When my wife could walk I could see from work how many steps she had done and her temperature. The location finder isn't very accurate though on the app.
All in all, this is cheaper every month than a panic button service which brings peace of mind to myself and wife.

I have had two - the first, Guardian 2, was for my husband who has dementia. We could track him when he started to 'wander'. It really helped, He is now, sadly, in a care home. Once I was alone I realised how vunerable I was to falling and no one would know, so I purchased Guardian 3 which had 'Fall Alert'. This gives me much more confidence, even just going out to the bins.

My mother is in her mid-90s and lives alone with her two Shih Tzu’s. She is very independent and manages most things for herself. I go in daily to check she is ok, walk her dogs and get any shopping she may want.
Late one night in January 2021 she got up to let one of the dogs out. It was pouring with rain and after opening the door fell over and broke her hip! She was able to call me from her watch and we called an ambulance to attend. We were able to reassure her whilst driving to her house.
Without the ability to call, she would certainly not have survived lying on the conservatory floor for probably about 8 hours with the door open and rain coming in.
On another occasion she had an intruder break into her house in the early hours. They fled when the security lights came on and the dogs barked, but again she was able to call for help and reassurance.
This year she suffered a mild heart attack and again we were able to call the ambulance without delay.
We upgraded to the Fall Detect watch and although this occasionally gives a false alarm it has been invaluable. We have installed cameras in her bungalow and are able to check she is ok before making a call.
I cannot praise CRP Guardian enough and would recommend the watch to anyone with an elderly or vulnerable relation. It offers complete piece of mind to the wearer and the family.

Purchased guardian III watch for my husband he has dementia. Its absolutely brilliant being able to go out knowing he is safe at home with fall detection and important contacts at a finger slide over watch face. Im also able to track him when he goes walkabout. This watch has other good features. ie heart monitor, temperature, pedometer and is able to be worn in the shower.The CPR call centre staff are so helpful and very empathetic would recommend this product highly

The watch is enabling my husband to live a fuller and more independent life, whilst giving family peace of mind. The GPS, the easy to use phone and the fall detector are great. The heart rate monitor recently saved valuable time by being able to share the data with the doctor. The temperature again gives reassuring data. My husband goes for independent walks knowing family have peace of mind and know his location.

Watch bought for mum to alert us in case of falls. Initially we had a problem with mobile phone signal strength at home, but having installed a mobile signal booster we can now communicate with the watch and also make calls and speak to her. This is the 2nd watch as the first one stopped charging for some reason - CPR sent a replacement which, to date, has worked fine.

Bought this watch for my mum who has dementia. It gave us a lot of security when someone couldn't be with her. It was also especially good in the early days when she left the house by herself and often forgot items like her phone. We made sure the watch was on her arm every morning and we knew where she was. On occasion while she was still driving she got lost and we where aware of her location through the watch app. Sadly we had to end her driving, but we got her back safe.
