Rolls Royce service and quality
We ordered a pizza oven cover for an unusual machine and loved the clear dimension measuring instructions and diagram provided on the website. They even emailed us to confirm some details that they were not sure about. The result? A bespoke cover using top materials, fitting perfectly and delivered promptly. You don’t get this sort of personal service any more! What a wonderful “old school” company that prides itself on excellent service, yet utilising all the modern technologies to provide a top class product at a VERY REASONABLE cost. Use them!!!

Inaccurate measurements
Cover arrived 2-3cm larger than the measurements provided. Doesn't sound like much, but it's the difference between a nice, snug fit and the cover flapping around in the wind, making a lot of noise and looking untidy

Poor customer relations
how dare you ask for a review when the package has not even arrived, the initial delivery date provided was 1 December, it was then changed to 4 December, when the package did not arrive on 4 December (without any further notice from the courier - to whom I had requested delivery updates), I followed up with you and you repeated it was due on 4 December and offered no update on timing. It is supposed to be arriving on 8 December - hah I'll believe when I see it

Great fit, and great quality product
Really good communication throughout, including confirming dimensions on a couple of occasions. I was really surprised and impressed by how much care they take with a relatively low value order.
An earlier review commented on a "sloppy" fit due to the standard extra 2.5cm added, but it's worth noting that you can request anything you need. I ordered covers for an amplifier and streamer that are both sited in a piece of furniture with minimal clearance to the sides, so I requested NO excess and no back panel to enable the covers to be slid on while cables are still attached.
Both covers were produced perfectly to my requested dimensions, slide comfortably onto the units from the front, and look great. Very happy.

I am yet to receive my order
I am still to receive my order, and have asked for an update from the company. I have not yet had any reply as to when my order may arrive. The website is somewhat misleading as it is designed to give the impression that products are manufactured in Australia, which they evidently are not. I would have found a local company to make my cover had I read more carefully.

The cover was great
The cover was great, fits perfectly and looks good…
One small issue.. I didn’t order pockets at each end of the table cover but they are fitted… that is fine, except both pockets have been stitched on upside down…
We don’t really need them, but it would have been nice if they were up the right way so we could use them if necessary.
But once again the cover is great.

Excellent Experience and Perfect Fit
The level of communication to ensure our custom furniture covers were the correct size was truly top-notch. The team provided detailed mock-up drawings for approval, which gave us confidence before production even began. Once confirmed, the turnaround time was impressive — the covers were made and shipped incredibly quickly.
We were a bit skeptical at first since this is an online company, but they exceeded our expectations. The craftsmanship is excellent, and the covers fit perfectly. Overall, they did an awesome job and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommended!
