Joshua was very helpful and my new contract was sorted out efficiently

I called County Broadband to renew my contract and Donna Dixon called me back to explain that my old contract was no longer available. She had, however, found me a new one, which was better than I am currently paying (out of contract). On acceptance, I immediately received a confirmation email. The whole process was quick and efficient.

Over the years that I’ve been with County Broadband, the support team has been extremely helpful and friendly and especially personalised .
every time I call up I’m always put through to somebody who is acting on my best interest and wants to get me the best help that is available.
During my transition period to true speed, the merging company with County Broadband, it has been extremely easy, especially with the help of Donna Dixon.

We find that we are constantly having to contact County Broad Band as our internet is constantly well below what we are paying for when we do get a call back we are given different reasons why the broadband isn’t working for example we are using 2 different broadband and to turn off the one that is not County Broadband after some investigation it was because my neighbours network which was not County Broadband was interfering with County Broadband we wasn’t connected to our neighbours broadband cannot wait for our contract to end especially since they get funding when we signed up

Dealing with Donna Dixon was a pleasure. She was polite and extremely friendly, explaining things clearly and advising me on the best ways to overcome my concerns. I am happy to say that she answered my emails and phone calls promptly and always phoned me back at the promised time.

Really good customer service, from when I first called on Tuesday 24th Feb,with a query regarding the renewal of my contract and completion on Wednesday 25th Feb.

Joke of a company zero customer service take days and even weeks to get back to you, I switched back to sky near the end of my contract and they are even mucking that up I would avoid at all costs unless you like zero support and zero customer focus. Still waiting over a week for them to resolve my complaint.

I am so pleased by the service provided by Lee & Joshua in helping me renew my broadband with County Broadband Ltd, been with this company for 12 months and happy to renew.

On line renewal of our broadband contract proved to be difficult but the phone call from Donna Dixon quickly sorted things out and saved us some money.

Poor customer service - I had a fee free deferral period, confirmed in writing BEFORE signing. Despite this, they threatened to cut off the broadband as I had not paid. The response was "I can advise that your case was brought to my attention and reviewed with our senior management team, following which a decision has been made to authorise a gesture of good will for your case and allow a late deferral onto the account."

There are regular disconnections in service, mostly in the evening but also during the day on occasion.

I am finally at the end of this torturous contract, but had to chase for acknowledgement of cancellation after I was warned yet again of the price hike upon end of my contract.

I had wanted to support what was a local business; such a shame they have terrible customer service. Avoid.

I was very impressed with the installation, it was quickly done and with minimal fuss, they even made an exception and installed the box inside as we are a listed building. The service has been extremely reliable after the first couple of months where they seemed to be having power issues at the other end. The router isn't great and I have a few blackspots in the house but the speed has been great and very reliable for over 2 years now.

The feed line had a break and they were out within 24 hours and fed a new line in with no issues at all. Very friendly and knowledgeable engineers who communicated well, customer service line was also very helpful and easy to get through to on the few occasions we've had to use it.

It's been a revelation, out old broadband used to drop to dial up speeds frequently which made streaming and working from home troublesome but not since county BB arrived.

The response was immediate (unknown with most other companies). The result was excellent and Joshua could not have been more understanding, helpful and professional. This is exactly what we need in an age of increasingly distant AI inhuman responses. Well done!

In my experience, since they began trading, County Broadband has kept-up an excellent level of service, with quick, polite, and knowledgeable responses to any query. In this latest case (for me), their easy to understand advice allowed me to speedily resolve an issue myself.

We have been with County Broadband for almost a year now. So far we have not experienced a single month without an outage, the longest lasting for almost 2 days - documented with email proof. Response from their side is always dismissive (“it happens” even though we’ve not experienced this with any other provider at this address) until I follow up multiple times. We’ve had our account randomly suspended due to payment for an invoice coming off of a credit they raised for poor service, and it takes chasing to get them to action what they promise as resolutions to poor service. We’re still locked in for another year, absolutely terrible. We work from home, so not only do the constant disruptions affect our personal life but professional too. Save yourself the headache. This company simply doesn’t have the correct framework/structure in place yet.

Donna Dixon phoned me this morning after I applied to renew my contract, and which she kindly finalised for me. It was so good to speak to somebody so helpful, and who wanted to make sure the customer was satisfied.

Renewing a contract on line can often be a tricky business. No so with County Broadband. The complete process of renewal with changes was done by Donna Dixon, Kyle and Lex. Their response was superb, undertaken immediately and so professionally. A pleasant experience.
