Terrible quality boots, pulled one on fine, second one not so fine as the tag ripped away and all the stitching is loose. Why do we forget "buy cheap, buy twice?" Customer service is equally as poor, sent an email and called 48 hours later to see how I return them and was met with "we get 72 hours" as the immediate response, like I was talking to a robot who doesn't really care who I am, what I am upset about and whether or not I have 72 hours to wait for a reply..... As I said to the robot on the end of the phone, THIS is why shopping online doesn't work. Get back to the high street, pay a few £ more and at least you are welcomed with a smile!

What a terrible product I bought.Not cheap and they were letting in water on the heel within a few months and they didn’t want to know saying I had worn them too much.I have had boots for 15 years and in better condition.

Don't waste your money on the walking boots they are poor quality had my boots for 6 days and they began to come away from the soles the pair I had the stitching come apart I think I will invest in a pair of army boots for hiking and walking in the countryside

Second pair of Cotswold wellies to split within 7 months. Not cheap yet poor quality! Will never ever buy this brand again

I found the slippers I purchased needed more padding inside as i felt like one was walking on the floor which
was uncomfortable

They are comfortable and lightweight
Didn't need to break them in wore straight away on dog walk.
And keep wet out.

Shoes too small and narrow…..nothing like the Cotswold Salford shoes I bought years ago. Possibly not made abroad then as they are now.

Ordered a pair of boots on the 25th July with the 1-3 days delivery service as I needed them for the next again week. No show, so went out and bought a pair and when the boots would arrive, I'd send them back and get a refund. It is now the 11th August and nothing. Countless emails saying very little. Today, recieved an email saying Royal Mail is investigating and that will be another 30 days! And won't be doing any refunds until they finish an investigation. Won't order from again.

Cotswold shoes are very comfortable and I would definitely purchase there shoes again.

The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. There was no hassle returning the boots that were falling apart and I was given credit on a new pair. They also give a discount to local people. Cannot fault them

I have worn Cotswold wellies for years so thought I’d buy them from source. I ordered the same size as my previous boots but when then arrived both sets were around 2.5 cm shorter in the footbed than the ones they were replacing. I thought that I could return them free for replacements but saw that neither of these options were available and I needed to pay postage for return (£8.39) I called customer services who said “your other boots must be another size” and refused to help. On receiving my refund, I was further surprised to see that original postage cost of them sending the boots to me had been taken off.
This experience has soured my attitude of the company and will be looking elsewhere to replace my outgoing boots.

I emailed Costwold shoes to tell them that these shoes were essentially faulty and not as described on their website. And i sent them back kicking the faulty reason for return. Well well i got my money back today even though the slippers were faulty they took out the VAT and shipping (£8) out of my refund!!! + it cost me £6 to return the slippers (signer for as they would have found a reason not to refund me) so in total i have lost £12 for the privilege of trying these not fit for purpose slippers! And they never responded to my email even though they do say to email them if their customer have a querie about their order. DISGUSTING!!!!!!! I WANT A FULL REFUND INCLUDING SHIPPING AND VAT!!!!!!!
