Having never done any kind of surgery this was such a big/scary decision - and I’m so happy I decided to go with Cosmedicare!
From start to finish the process from initial phone conversation to the aftercare appointments has been flawless.

So far I’m happy with my results, I’m two weeks post op and can’t complain about a thing!
The thing that makes them stand out from other clinics is how hands on the staff and the owner Gill is, was amazing getting to meet her and have her be involved in the process!

Had a full TT (+lipo and MR) on 8th Sep 21 at Kings Park hospital with Mr Widdowson and Cosmedicare. My experience of having this elective surgery has been amazing, both professional and caring throughout by the whole team involved. Efficient and great communication at all times. Cannot thank Mr Widdowson and Cosmedicare enough. Highly recommend!!

I had surgery of breast implants last October with Mr Anderson. Amazing caring service from start to finish. The whole team were so kind and helpful. I had a worry about the shape around the 5 week mark as I had a wee dent, was seen very quickly and assured it would resolve in time which it did. About 8 months after implants i felt they were moving to the sides too much when lying flat. Again seen very quickly and given the choice to have capsule stitched. I had wanted to go bigger anyway so decided to do that aswell. I was back again yesterday for my operation and again amazing service from start to finish. I can’t recommend Cosmedicare highly enough and I feel completely reassured that if there’s issues they really do step up and help very quickly. My recovery last time was so easy so hoping for same this time so far so good. If you want a professional service with the family caring feel then look no further than Cosmedicare.

I'll start by saying I had my tummy tuck and breast reduction/uplift with Cosmedicare in June and I'm delighted with it.
My journey started in February after speaking with a number of companies I came across Cosmedicare. After enquiring with them I received my phone consultation very quickly. I spoke directly with Will Anderson (who became my surgeon). This was really important to me as with some other companies the initial appointment is not with the surgeon but some form of triage person. I came off the phone knowing Will and Cosmedicare were by far the best people I had spoken to.
My face to face was May (lockdown delayed). I'm absolutely amazed at the dedication of the Cosmedicare team who worked very hard and long hours to facilitate as many people as possible as, you can imagine the backlog after lockdown was huge. Despite this they all remained professional, welcoming, caring and genuinely interested.
My face to face was amazing Will immediately put me at my ease, had details of our phone call and even remembered some general chit chat we had. Sometimes it's the little things that impress most.
My appointment was a late evening one and yes Gill was still there to talk to me after about the practicalities, costs and what would be expected.
I had a second consultation with Will as I had decided to have a bit more work done. Nothing was too much trouble, the appointment was booked quickly and my thoughts and concerns listened to and addressed.
The team have been so patient with me as I continued to have questions all of which were snswered, Gill even spoke to me a couple of times on the phone after she had finished work on her way home.
I did chase a couple of times for paperwork but I put that more down to my impatience and not really understanding workload the team had after lockdown. Not once was I met with anything but a professional approach.
I had my surgery in June at King's Park Stirling, fantastic facility. What struck me was despite never having surgery before I was not in the least but nervous. This I put down to the trust I had built in the complete team. A Cosmedicare nurse was with me the whole time and as always Will was so kind, calm and reassuring.
Recovery has been great no issues but still I sought reassurance which came quickly from the nursing team.
I've now also had my post op check up, which was scheduled quickly once I requested it.
Gill, Will and I discussed how everything had gone. I'm really happy with the outcome of this. It was an easy discussion where I was listened to and the couple of questions I had answered.
It's the dedication of the team and the desire to make what can be a stressful time as easy and enjoyable as possible that impressed me. Yes I'd say I've enjoyed the experience and that is down to the whole Cosmedicare team.

An excellent company with their patients wellbeing truly at the forefront of what they do. All staff I had contact with were excellent and someone is always available to speak to pre and post surgery, which is very reassuring.

I had my procedure with Cosmedicare in March and from start to finish I felt as ease. When I enquired with Cosmedicare I was instantly greeted with genuine and caring customer service which continued through my whole journey (even now they are just a msg away and will help and assure anyway they can). After discussing with the lovely Gabriella they had match me with the fantastic Mr Anderson, after my F2F I knew he was the surgeon i was looking for for my desired look. On the day of my surgery the whole team from the moment you walk in till you wake up was so caring and attentive, I can not thank them enough! Gill and her team are amazing and deliver amazing result! Thank you all so much.

I had my procedure in May from having my phone consultation to then my face to face everything went super. I then had my procedure which ran as smoothly as you could expect, aftercare was fantastic. I would highly recommend cosmedicare, My procedure was done by Mr butterworth.

After lots of research to find a company I could trust and feel at ease with, I came across cosmedicare. In May 2021 I sent an email to enquire and I got a very fast response, followed by a phone call where I booked my phone consultation for June 2021. I was booked in with Dan Widdowson, as I asked what surgeon they would recommend for what I wanted. Explaining to Dan what I wanted, we booked in my face to face consultation so I could get a better understanding to what I would need doing. I had my implants for 21 years and I wanted them replacing, so In June 2021 I traveled a 700 mile round trip to meet with Dan.
Dan explained everything in great detail and I left there feeling confident that I had found a company I could trust. The whole team at cosmedicare are friendly and professional and not once did I feel any pressure to book my surgery with them, I could not recommend them enough.
So… I decided to book my surgery and in August 2021 I travelled 350 miles to cosmedicare, to be greeted by the friendly, happy, professional, caring team once again. My surgery day couldn’t have gone any smoother as all the staff went above and beyond to make you feel at ease. Two days later I went back to cosmedicare so the team could make sure everything was ok before heading home 350 miles away.
I am now two weeks post op, I have not had any pain or discomfort, I have had calls and texts from the team to make sure everything is going well and if I have any concerns I could email, call or message the team.
Cosmedicare, In my opinion, is the best cosmetic surgery company out there by far. Gill you should be proud of yourself and your team☺️

I am now 4 weeks post Op after having my procedure with cosmedicare. From my initial email enquiry until now I cannot fault their communication, professionalism and friendliness throughout my whole journey.
I had a face to face with 2 of the surgeons and would have been happy to go with either of them as they put me totally at ease and explained everything so well. I choose the one who could do me the quickest lol.
The care you receive while in hospital is fabulous and the staff really do make sure you have everything you need and you are comfortable.
I unfortunately had some issues post op and was seen by cosmedicare nurse right away even though it was a weekend. When my issues did not resolve I ended up in hospital bypassing the A&E waiting time which was all arranged by cosmedicare and treated quickly. While in hospital for my unplanned stay cosmedicare were in touch daily to check if I needed anything and on discharge was seen several times until I was happy that the healing process was back on track.
Even now I feel I can email or pick up the phone if needed anytime and there would be someone there to speak to.
I cannot speak highly enough of the company and their team.

My overall experience with Cosmedicare has been great from start to finish, I had breast implants, although wish they were bigger. They have made me more confident going from literally nothing. All staff are very friendly and the process of everything was quick. Thank you so much x

I started my Cosmedicare journey in around May of 2021. Initially having phoned in, I was met by lovely, informative and reassuring staff! I explained I was looking for a breast reduction and was most likely a larger case. My options for timescales, surgery and the general process were explained thoroughly to me before booking an appointment was even mentioned. I then had a lovely telephone consultation with Dr Bahia, who was extremely informative and reassuring. I later chose to re-book with Dr Anderson (only due to Dr Bahia being new to the company at the time and having a lack of before and after pictures- which were very important to me.) The staff were extremely understanding of this and I was made to feel no pressure/guilt for swapping my surgeon. I then had my face to face consultation with the lovely Dr Anderson- whom I would recommend to the end of the earth and back! Such a kind, reassuring man who made me feel completely at ease despite being terrified. Between consults I had excellent communication about pricing, quotes and timescale and the Cosmedicare staff were only ever an email or phone away for my (many) questions. I had my choice of surgery dates and finally booked! Again, communication right up to the day was excellent. On the day, I was absolutely terrified but the staff made it feel an absolute breeze. From reception, to the nurses and of course Dr Anderson I could genuinely feel I was in safe hands. When I woke up, I was in little discomfort and the nurses explained everything I would need to know and I left feeling comfortable to manage the coming days. Post op care was explained brilliantly (even in my groggy state!) Post-surgery, I had a (minor) reaction to my steri strips and when I phoned in concerned, I had an appointment to be seen by a nurse out of hours within 2 hours! My results have been absolutely life changing and I will recommend Cosmedicare to anyone that listens! Endless thank you’s to Gill and her team.

I had breast augmentation back in May with Cosmedicare and the level of care and professionalism was outstanding. The whole team were so caring friendly warm and attentive. I was made to feel at ease so much that I didn’t even feel nervous on the day. Every person I dealt with went out of their way to be friendly. Amazing team and the surgeon did an amazing job. Would recommend to anyone!

Honestly cannot recommend Cosmedicare enough the experience was amazing and was with me the whole way through hopefully more surgeries this year . The staff and especially Gill are amazing can’t thank them enough for making me feel like a women again xx

Had a full muscle repair and TT in Sept 2021. I was a complicated case as Iv had previous surgery’s which left me with old scars. Mr Anderson performed my surgery and was so reassuring and precessional. I could not be happier with my results.
From my first consultation to after care the whole team were super friendly and helpful, there’s even a private group page where you can check out patient posts and ask questions. Would highly recommend Comsmedicare.

Highly recommended. Cosmedicare were excellent on every level for me, from my very first consultation to discuss what I was hoping for, to the final aftercare and results. I genuinely could not have hoped for a better outcome. I was confident in my surgeon Dan Widdowson. He explained everything to me, after listening to what I hoped to achieve he explained what my body could accept and would look natural (the look I wanted). Cosmedicare seem to hand pick the best, just look at the surgeons bio! Words to describe them for me would be.... honest professional caring ethical talented and friendly. Fantastic service from first phone call to after care. The ladies are amazing and make you feel so comfortable. Mr Cahoon is a miracle worker and the ladies are his angels! Would highly recommend to anyone considering cosmetic surgery.

I had a breast reduction/uplift and nipple correction with Dr Dan Widdowson 5th May. From the very first enquiry I was absolutely delighted with my treatment. The first call I made the lady on the phone made sure I was 100% certain that it was what I wanted, she asked me to join their Facebook group and ask questions about the surgery and surgeons before I was booking my consultation. My consultation was an absolute breeze, the ladies were just the most kind, compassionate, welcoming people I’ve ever come across. Dan was also incredible. Gill sat me down afterwards and discussed dates etc for my surgery and we got it booked. Leading up to the surgery the support of the Facebook group and the staff were incredible. Before my surgery was amazing, I went in at 7am, introduced to all the staff who would be in the surgery with me which can I add they were all amazing. I went in trembling and the staff put me so at ease, I woke up feeling brilliant, well looked after. Amazing cup of tea and was picked up at 2pm. I love the fact you go for surgery and wake up with familiar faces and from the start to finish it’s the same nurses and surgeon. It was the best experience of my life! The staff, the company, the surgeon everybody was amazing. Would recommend cosmedicare to absolutely everyone!!

I made enquiries with Cosmedicare regarding an abdominoplasty and reduction mammaplasty at Kingspark Hospital in Stirling and was given a date of 1 June as my telephone consultation with the surgeon. The confirmation email gave the date as Tuesday 1 May which (1) was in the past and (2) is not a Tuesday. I correctly assumed they meant Tuesday 1 June and my consultation went ahead. On 9 June I received a phone call from Cosmedicare informing me that on no account was Kingspark available for operations and I would have to wait on their new hospital opening, probably in August. I was then offered 6 August as my face to face consultation with my surgeon. After voicing my displeasure at the delay (I had cancelled a consultation with Spire Healthcare in favour of Cosmedicare as Kingspark was nearer to me) I was offered Saturday 19 June at 1.00pm which I accepted. I phoned Cosmedicare on Thursday 17 June as I hadn't received any correspondence re my appointment and was told there was no record of my appointment or of anyone having called me on the 9th June. After, once again, voicing my displeasure I was given 2.00pm on 19 June as an appointment for my face to face. By now alarm bells were ringing loud and clear that this wasn't a company I wished to trust with my surgery however I decided to go through with my appointment and was looking forward to meeting Gill who I had been told would be there and would be with me every step of the way. As I was leaving the house I received a phone call from Cosmedicare to say I could come early as they had had a cancellation for the 1.00pm appointment. The appointment that I had originally been given but they had no trace of! I had a great consultation with my surgeon but, surprise surprise, no show from Gill. I also didn't receive a copy of the 3D scan I was promised. I was told, however, that Gill would phone with a price and suitable date. It goes without saying I never heard from Gill. I received an email with the price and another telling me that on no account could the surgery be performed at Kingspark. The new hospital will be open by July and I'll have it there. Well it is now September. I still haven't heard from the elusive Gill and the hospital still isn't open. I have had my surgery however. I went with the same surgeon as I had every faith in him but chose to go with Spire Healthcare. If you value your body so will you.
TO REPLY TO COSMEDICARE RESPONSE-
1) I have not made a new account. This is the same account I have been using for over 15 years.
2) If Gill (I presume Gill wrote the response as she has signed it but has referred to herself in the 3rd person throughout) had contacted me when promised we may have resolved any issues and this review would have been unnecessary, but she never did.
3) Leaving a negative review does not make me an unhappy person. Gill (you) should take as much notice of the negative reviews as she (you) do the good ones. If anything I have said in the review is inaccurate then of course Gill (you) should address this.
4) I am aware that my consultation with Cosmedicare was free. There was no need to print it in capital letters. You are also correct that I had to pay for my consultations with Spire. The final bill was still less than my quote from Cosmedicare, however, this was not the point of my review.
5) I do not dislike Gill (you) as I have never spoken to her (you) to allow me to form such an opinion. My review is not based on opinion, it is 100% factual. It is up to the person reading the review to form an opinion. I think your response to it will have cost you more custom than the review itself.
6) Please check all correspondence and you will see that the fact that Kingspark Hospital wasn't available was not mentioned until the conversation I mentioned in my review.
7) I have no idea how busy Spire Healthcare is. The fact is that I have had my operation with them is because they have the premises to carry out such a procedure and you do not.
8) My review is not anonymous as you were able to identify me immediately. I have not put my full name to it because the procedure I have had is of a private nature.
9) I receive the email with Cosmedicare's quote but did not receive the 3D image although, according to Gill (you) these were both sent to the same email address and, presumably, on the same date as they followed my consultation.
10) No one stayed behind to facilitate my appointment. Cosmedicare messed up the appointments. I attended when requested.

I had breast uplift and augmentation on 10th August with Mr Neil Cahoon and I am absolutely delighted with the result.
I consulted a few different surgeons/clinics but as soon as I met with Mr Cahoon I knew this was who I wanted to perform my surgery.
Everyone at Cosmedicare is so friendly, professional and approachable.
Massive thanks to Mr Cahoon and my anaesthetist Dr Hart, all theatre staff and my recovery staff Dot and Angela.
Special thanks to Gill who, despite being the owner of the business and being exceptionally busy, always takes the time to interact with Cosmedicare's patients and answer any questions.
