We bought our lounge suite from the Christchurch shop. From the start we were welcomed by the sales team and were given plenty of time to compare the furniture before we decided on the one we wanted. We were not pressured at all and were given lots of information to help us decide.
When the suite was delivered to our home the 2 chaps were very polite and took great care when bringing each item into the house. The technicalities of the suite were explained to us.
We are very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism shown to us by all of Cookes staff.
