During our search for new furniture, we were recommended to look at Cookes - so glad we did, & couldn’t have had better service! The staff were delightful & so helpful when choosing comfort & colour. They even brought the longest item out prior to order, to check that it would go through an angled corridor, which was a slight concern of ours.
So pleased with the service, that we went back later & purchased another furniture item & are delighted with that also 😊🤩.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone who is looking for assistance & personel service. Their store is a delight to wander around - altogether, a great experience 🙏. Thank you

Joanna was very helpful when choosing sofas and chairs plus choosing fabrics. She didn’t rush us at all even though it did take me some time to make a decision before placing my order. Wonderful store, would highly recommend it.

My friend and I visited Cookes for first time. We entered store and came across Ebenezer who immediately asked us if we would like a coffee. He brought it to us then stood back and asked if needed help. I was looking for sofa and chair.
He was so helpful and courteous . He went out of his way to let me take a sample home. I came back on Sunday and made a purchase. Nothing was too much trouble for him.
My friend and I both have a retail background and it was so nice to have first class service. Thank you Ebenezer.

An enjoyable shopping experience at Cookes.
All the staff are friendly and helpful (especially Anita) and the furniture on show is really comfortable. We must have sat on every sofa during our visit. I should have brought a book!
