Very pleased with Range cooker, delivered very quickly and looks supberb, not used it yet but very happy so far

Cookers and Ovens were the cheapest online company selling the product we were looking for. Although it is the first time I have heared of them, we took a chance.
They have provided great customer service and fast delivery, so would recommend and use again!

Bought a Rangemaster cooker and hood - best price I could find online at the time. Delivery was easily arranged and communicated. Delivery guys were brilliant too. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks :-)

I will certainly use CookersAndOvens again. The price was far cheaper than any other online site, with the added bonus of a half price cooker hood.

Ordered an additional flexirail system for a Neff double oven. The price was heavily discounted, free delivery and arrived on time.

Appliances arrived quickly, and after sales service was also helpful and efficient.

We had great difficulty finding the correct replacement microwave for our 18 year old inbuilt Nefff.
The assistance that was provided confirmed that we had found the correct oven.
That was a huge relief to us after 6 months investigation.......

We purchased a rangemaster cooker and hood which arrived in excellant condition and looks amazing in our new kitchen, However the universal rangemaster splashback arrived damaged the finish looked cheap so it was returned. The company issued a refund without any fuss so excellant service

It was very easy to use the website, we got a great offer on a rangemaster cooker, hob and splashback. The customer service team telephoned me when they had received the cooker in and tried to make a note for the delivery driver as much as they could to avoid nursery and school runs. Excellent service, I've not had the chance to test the cooker yet as we are waiting till our new kitchen has been installed. Can't wait to use it!

Dates were critical when ordering my Rangemaster Professional+ cooker, hood and splashback, so I emailed late one Friday evening to see when they could be delivered. Amazingly, Melanie replied first thing on Saturday morning to confirm that the items could be delivered by the required date so I placed my order right away and received confirmation by return email. I was kept up to date throughout the purchase process by Melanie and Emma who were always friendly and efficient. They used a highly professional carrier whose staff was also helpful. Needless to say the cooker etc arrived securely packaged and on time. Thank you CookersandOvens for your red hot service!

Bought an oven from these guys in early December as they offered to get it to us for Christmas. Having placed the order and paid for delivery and installation we got a call to say that no fitters were available before the end of Jan so they could deliver if we could install. Not a problem as we knew someone who could fit it and we were refunded the £30 installation fee. When I booked in the delivery I answered the questions on the website about access. On the day of delivery the "two man" delivery team arrived. This consisted of one person who looked like they might be able to manoeuvre a massive oven and a rather gangly looking chap who can't have been more than about 17. They quickly established that the oven wouldn't fit along our hallway, and as there are 4 steps up to the other door (and the second guy was tiny) they weren't able to attempt that entrance.
On speaking to the company about it we were told our options were to unwrap the oven (at our own risk, any damage on the way in would be our liability but it's ok because they could sell us spare parts if any damage occured) or pay £150 (!!!!) for their three man delivery service. We were also told that this would count as a failed delivery so we would not get our £60 back. £210 to get an oven into a fairly standard house seemed a little steep to us so we cancelled the order.
To be fair the cancellation was, in the end, not an issue as the delivery company were supposed to call before delivery to discuss access and didn't but it did leave us without an oven for Christmas.

I have no issue with the way the company handled the process at all, they were courteous and prompt with the refund. However, how a company can justify £150 to deliver an oven is beyond me. When ordering from them, be VERY sure that what you're buying will fit as if it doesn't things get very expensive.

From first contact to delivery, I cannot fault the service from this company, and from Rangemaster (who undertook the delivery). Our local supplier raised all sorts of issues about access to the property none of which were a problem to these companies. The sales staff were very helpful, the price very competitive, and the delivery date quicker than out local supplier. Sadly in some repscts, buying on line was better in every respect. Come on locals pull your socks up!.

In a panic as I had been let down by a large high street/internet company 2weeks before Christmas called cookers and ovens who checked their stock confirmed potential delivery date. Cooker delivered on time no fuss no hassle. What more could you ask

Ease of ordering, product and value great.
No indication of delivery date when ordering.
Subsequent email indicating delivery week was found when queried to relate to delivery in to stock, not to customer necessarily. A delivery date was phoned through to us, but it never arrived even though I had a workman on site awaiting it - error admitted when I rang in.
Delivered the next day without a hitch.

I purchased a competitively priced Range-master cooker and got the cooker hood we wanted for half the price. When ready to install the hood i noticed slight damage to the stainless steel cover, one phone call and a few days later a replacement part was delivered without any fuss, what excellent customer service!!!!!!

By ordering our Neff oven and microwave combination oven from CookersandOvens we were able to take advantage of their offer and receive the warming drawer we wanted for free! This saved us well over £300 compared to the cheapest prices on the internet. The service we received was excellent, and our appliances were delivered exactly as promised, arriving the day after our new kitchen had been fitted. Highly recommended.
