I had no problems at all from ordering my Rangemaster cooker hood to delivery. Cookerandovens contacted me by email as soon as the hood was delivered to they're warehouse, then a telephone call to arrange delivery. I then contacted the delivery company for a time frame of when it would be delivered, and it was delivered exactly on time. An excellent service. I'm waiting for my hood to be connected so do not know how it works yet, but I don't see any problems.

Easy to use website. Good communication with company. Goods arrived on time in excellent condition. I would recommend this company. Great service

We ordered a Rangemaster cooker and hood, towards the end of October we explained we needed the items for the first week in December as thats when the kitchen was due to be fitted.

I was assured this would be no problem and they sent an email confirming they would have the items week commencing 10th Nov and could delivered within a few days..the cooker has been delivered but there is no sign of the hood....It should have arrived last week and they have no idea when it will be delivered..

...if you are having a kitchen fitted or want your item delivered on time AVOID!!.

Thank you for taking the time to respond, however I must point out that when we placed the order we were very explicit that time was of the essence, we took time to explain our need for the items to arrive as promised as we were due to have a kitchen fitted the 1st week in December.

We were assured delivery would be on time..no problems! This is the sole reason we used your company! (we were going to buy from another large chain store but their delivery date was 1st Dec, which we felt was cutting it fine so we chose you instead as you promised to deliver by middle of Nov) you failed to deliver what your promised!

I am also confused about the two alternate options you say we have discussed? We have been offered one alternative hood which is £140.00 cheaper than the one we paid for!!

We have found a cooker hood of the type we ordered for sale elsewhere with next day delivery and asked if we buy that would the cost be refunded of our bill, you have refused.

It maybe helpful for you to consider the negative reviews on this site about your company….they all seem to have one thing in common..DELIVERY!!! Perhaps its time you invested in bringing your delivery's up to scratch!

It would be great if you could look into this and give us some good news about solving the problem..even better if you can sort your delivery problems out going forward for all your customers!!

I only found this company in Lichfield through google when doing a price comparison for a rangemaster cooker hood. Not only did they provide a competitive price but were not too far from me (Stratford upon Avon). They called me immediately to inform me of the expected delivery to them of the cooker hood. When I mentioned I would be storing it in my garage for a matter of weeks anyway before a new kitchen was to be installed in the New Year, they said they could keep it for me until I needed it. Again, they called me when it was in stock and arranged a delivery date convenient to the kitchen installation. I will definitely buy from this company again.

I ordered a fridge and freezer from cookers and ovens, the reason I chose them is other suppliers were offering too long a leadtime for the freezer. I phoned directly and was assured there would be no problem getting the freezer on time (about 4 weeks before delivery). So I purchased and booked the delivery date. On the day of the delivery I was expecting to be contected by the courier - it never happened. The fridge was sitting in the warehouse, and never scheduled for delivery as the freezer had not arrived. No warning was raised that the freezer was late, no communication that the delivery was not going to happen. Fridge now installed, kitchen finished, but it may be a few weeks before I have a freezer - and frankly who knows, certainly not Cookers and Ovens.

The staff I spoke to were always well mannered, always friendly, good level of customer service, but ultimately if you are not competent at the job of delivering kitchen equipment to order, or managing a warehouse then useless.

New Neff dishwasher purchased at very competitive price.
Company responded positively to questions about product before purchase and kept us informed about scheduled delivery date and time.
Product delivered on time and positioned in designated position in kitchen. All packaging removed from site and dishwasher fully checked before delivery personnel left site.
Excellent purchase and delivery.
Hope to use firm for future purchases.

I ordered a heating tray not realising that I would have to be contacted to arrange delivery. Apparently I should have received an email advising me that this was the case. As it happened, I ordered the product and then went away for a week expecting the product to be delivered in my absence and my builders sign for the delivery. I received a couple of TEXTS from a company called 2MD asking them to phone them but I had never of this company, get too many texts about PPI to take them seriously and texts, in my opinion, are not very secure, so I ignored them. On return from holiday, I then receive an email from 2MD so I phone them only to find out that they a) haven't sent the product and b) it will take a further 3 days to arrive at my house. Why couldn't my warming tray just be sent to my house like every other company I have ordered my kitchen products from.

Communicated well throughout the process. Item delivered undamaged and on time.

I was searching for a Neff oven on-line, after looking at several companies, I found Cookers and Ovens, I was surprised how competitive they were on price for this particular oven, one or two competitors were close on price but not enough for me to order from them. I placed the order on-line, and the oven was delivered in 4 working day's, I had a phone call the day before informing me a delivery time, and it was delivered on time, the delivery drivers also unpacked, inspected the product with me, and took all the packaging away.
I would recommend Cookers and Ovens to anyone who require a competitive price and excellent service.

The online purchase and after sales process was smooth, with relevant information being provided when needed and quick replies to emails (nice after spending the best prt of 1K on a high quality kitchen oven).

What really impressed, having had to deal with a number of delivery service recently for kitchen items was the delivery experience. The team agreed a date, confirmed a few days in advance a 2 hour slot and rang at the start of that slot to confirm the exact time. They then were helpful in bringing the item into the kitchen and slotting it into its place. Outstanding!

I was looking for telescopic rails for my Neff ovens, and some web searching brought me to CookersAndOvens. I telephoned to check that the item I was preparing to order online was the correct one for me, and the member of staff I spoke to was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I made an initial order, and was really impressed with the number of Emails I received in between ordering and receiving the goods, letting me know what was happening at every stage ... even down to the exact time my order would be delivered and the delivery man's name!! The product was exactly what I needed, and I didn't hesitate to go back to CookersAndOvens for further sets of rails for my second oven. I would highly recommend C&O, and they would certainly be my first port of call in future.
