Emma Apandi has been a great point of contact. Whenever there have been issues she’s sought proactively to resolve them and make the whole process as seamless as possible. Great communication as well especially towards the end to ensure things are expedited in good time. I particularly liked that she tried to ensure I didn’t incur any additional costs or charges which is a refreshing change!!

Lily jones was an absolute star ,she was on the ball and ahead of the other solicitors in the chain ,explained anything we needed .friendly polite and spot on .

My first and last. Would definitely not have them act for my future transactions again. Not that it was my choice to use them in the first place. These guys were automatically appointed to act for me as they are directly affiliated with my chosen estate agent(their in-house solicitors). Had I known sooner as a person new to buying/selling properties, I would have used my previous solicitor any day. One of my many regrets.

Christopher Cowely, what an unprofessional and poor solicitor. The vendors to our house sale was recommended this firm through estate agents. Christopher was dealing with the vendors side to the sale. It does not seem like he knows what he is doing. Documents that were supposed to be completed right at the start of the transaction, were emailed to the vendor 2 days before completion! Whenever our solicitor called for an update, Christopher was never available and if they spoke to someone else, they weren’t much help either. They delayed the sale by months! This should have been a quick & easy no chain sale, how wrong we was….
Delays on delays when it came to enquiries. They said they had emailed the management company the necessary enquiries, 2 weeks later the vendor called to see if there was a response back yet (after waiting a few weeks to give them chance to respond) only to be told that the email was not sent in the first place! Lies after lies with updates.
The lack of professionalism with other solicitors is embarrassing. Would not recommend this firm at all!

Emily Briers was our solicitor. She was helping us buy our first home and she couldn’t have been more helpful friendly and just all around amazing. Everyone complains about solicitors when you buy a house so it was great to have found Emily on our first try! I know who to come to now if we ever find ourselves buying or selling another. Absolutely terrible firm, would strongly avoid and use proper qualified solicitors not this “online” company. Their ineptitude has cost us extra mortgage payments at a higher rate because they failed to meet the agreed completion date because they were unable to complete simple tasks such as sending forms to the Housing Association and taking deposit from the buyers…. You would think these are simple self explanatory actions for a “solicitor” but these people are unqualified and lacking in intellect. Their communication is shockingly poor. The other 1 star reviews will tell you the same. Don’t waste your time and money, use a real solicitor firm instead.

Emily Briers has been great throughout our sale and house purchase. Emily was always quick to respond, kept us updated at every stage, and managed everything brilliantly, especially as we were working to a specific deadline. Megan was exceptionally good and patient with me. She took the time to explain every single step of the process, dug up all the necessary details about the property, and replied to every query with thorough, detailed descriptions. She truly has a wonderful style of clarifying things that put us completely at ease.

One specific experience really stood out to me: Megan explicitly told us, "Until you are happy and satisfied with all the structural, damp, and timber reports, we won't push you." Knowing she had our back and prioritised our peace of mind over just rushing the deal meant the world to us.

Furthermore, because this was a part-exchange property, there was immense pressure from the builder’s solicitors to wrap up the entire process within just one month. Despite the tight deadline and high stakes, Megan handled the situation incredibly coolly.

The teamwork at the firm was also fantastic during a period when Megan was away; Daniel Suntah stepped in flawlessly. He picked up the emails from the builder's solicitor to ensure everything stayed on track and streamlined the process without any delays. I would like to extend a huge thank you to Daniel for his excellent support as well.

I was in contact with Paige Daly for the purchase of a house. The standard delivery of work from Paige has been amazing. The communication was prompt and accurate. I had all the information I needed and more. She asked all the questions to the Vendors solicitors that I had, as well as many others which were required. I would not hesitate to reach out to Paige for any further conveyancing requirements.

Unfortunately we were recommended this company by an estate agent and they’ve been next to useless. We had to chase them for any updates, they never seemed to know anything about our sale. The portal wasn’t updated as it should have been, we sent an email to ask for an update of where we were regarding the sale and we had an email back to say ‘we’ll review your file’ and that was the last we heard. We used another company called Simply Conveyancing before and their service was great.

Everything was done smoothly and with ease. My solicitor Olivia was very responsive and helpful, was a pleasure working with her. I’d recommend others to go through conveyancing when purchasing a home.
