So far the experience that I’ve had with Contractors Edge has been absolutely pisss poor. All the way from the agent assigned too my account, Scot Davis, to the girls who answer the phone. The only reason we went with Contractors Edge was because they provided the cheapest quotes by far, over any other insurance agency and now we see why you are so cheap. Not only would we not recommend Contractors Edge to any other business owner, but we would actively discourage anyone from using them. Also as soon as our policy is up we are going to switch to a more reputable company who actually cares about customer satisfaction. I spoke with a ‘manager’ named Chris (don’t know the last name) about switching my agent too someone else other than Scot and Chris never called me back, and no one ever followed up with me about getting another agent assigned too our business. I hope you guys are reading this message and that you understand it clearly. I need a manager to contact me ASAP at (512)590-4232 in regards to switching agents in the meantime for the remainder of this policy. Scot has consistently ignored my phone calls, emails and text messages. This type of behavior is both unprofessional as well as unacceptable and it will not be tolerated. Please do not make me contact your office again in regards to switching agents. I want a manager to reach out too me this coming week at some point to get this resolved. As a business owner, I am very busy and have a million different things on my plate at any given time and do not have the time to baby sit children. Again, thoroughly disgust with the complete lack of service and responsiveness from both Scot and the rest of the agency in general. You get 0 stars out of 5 Contractors Edge!!

I would of rate may be three stars, cause it took to long to process my needs, but then Mr Hardie Sawyer helped me to put closure to the matter and I'll give him the whole 5 stars. Thank you Hardie.

RATE INCREASED WE DIDN'T KNOW. WE PAID UP FRONT THEN THEY TURNED US IN TO A COLLECTION AGENCY FOR 28.00. I TRIED TO CALL THEM BUT THEY SAID WE WERE NOTIFIED BY MAIL AND THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE TO CALL US TO INFORM US. YOU FIGURE THE INSURANCE AGENT MIGHT LET US KNOW. ALREADY CHANGED TO ANOTHER INSURANCE AGENCY. WHEN TIME FOR THE LIABILITY RENEWAL WILL NOT RENEW.
