Jackie Chapman was a great pleasure to work with. She was always polite, helpful and always returned phone calls and emails and helped us with all our insurance needs and she went over and beyond to help us out in every way possible. We are saddened that she no longer works with Contractors Edge. You can’t beat working with someone who is the best of the beat we do know one thing whoever takes her job will have BIG shoes to fill.

In 2 years of using Contractors Edge I've had good and poor experiences. They are responsive and polite, and I was happy overall until a snag was encountered. Renewing my insurance went well until I found out later that a lapse of less than 24 hours between the old insurance expiration and the new insurance active date caused me some grief with the state Workman's Comp department. I was not informed that this lapse would occur, or that the old insurance would expire at 1201 on the expiration date--a very non-intuitive time. CE basically told me "tough luck for you, but there's nothing we can do", with no apology. I'll be looking elsewhere in the future.

Contractors Edge Insurance have been great. Have been using them for years for our business insurance. They are always helpful, ready to answer any questions and have also helped us save money. No need to look anywhere else!!!
