Former employees were garbage, never responded to messages and left me out to dry when ever I needed information or new pricing. I heard they have revamped their staff, but I had already left for a new company.

Very dishonest practices and lies from Scot Davis. Not an ethical company. On my renewal Scot charged double for my premium then said he needed to recoup the losses from the year before. When i asked to cancel before my original policy expired Scot said he couldn't return his profit for my auto renewal only the policy cost. Pocketing hundreds for doing nothing. I had to threaten to get the attorney general of California involved and the insurance commision before he would give my money back.

You guys are great thanks for your service. I will be back soon.
