Sent email to say delivered no such item. Do not buy from them.

Like most reviews ordered never delivered but getting an email saying it has. Total con artists.

ordered 4th December STILL waiting been saying its in London waiting for the next facility which said on the 18th December we are now on 29th December I want a refund disgusting was grandchildren Christmas present

Ordered the mini microphone in November, for my grandson for Christmas. Waited and waited for it to arrive. Contacted them to enquire where it was, got sent a “all sender automated reply”. Still no reply and today received an email saying it’s been delivered???!!! Useless, rubbish company. No customer service or proper response to issues. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

DO NOT ORDER from this company Ordered a mini karaoke 1 month ago and still have not received it. After numerous emails the company have not even bothered to reply. They have just took my money and got away with it

Girls Karaoke machine ordered on Dec 15 did not arrive for Christmas and no replies to emails. Email now stating it has been delivered but not providing any details of carrier or proof of delivery. Time this company was shut down.

I ordered the sheep toilet roll holder on 2/12/24 as a present,it hasn’t arrived yet.See other reviews,I only read them after my order was made.Company difficult to contact.Wouldnt recommend

It took ages to arrive! The portable microphone speaker didn’t work! The wires inside had snapped! Complete waste of money. Very disappointed little girl at christmas! Lesson learnt to check all is working before wrapping presents!

Ordered sheep toilet roll holders. Was worried when I read the reviews on here, especially as I had no tracking number but, hey presto they arrived today, 3 weeks after I ordered them. Only 4 stars as I think they need to provide tracking details

Daylight robbers, I don't know how they sleep at night. I hope they choke on all the hard earned money they have scammed from decent people this Christmas

Paid over £30 for an item that was 1/2 price. In reality the item that was supposed to be quality was 3D printed plastic tat that you wouldn’t pay £5 for!

If I could give zero stars for this company - I would, like many others, I ordered a karaoke machine for my son (for Xmas) on the 28th Nov 2024.
I have had no reply from the company, on the numerous emails sent.
Yes, I have been provided a tracking number which does state it has been delivered. It hasn't.
Infuriating and disappointing to say the least.

I ordered a mini kareoke machine (£16.99) on the 9th December for my son and paid £3.99 for postage.
The said item still hasn’t arrived and says it’s been in transit for days.
Disappointed and wish I had looked at these reviews before purchasing.

Still awaiting Mini Karaoke machine for Christmas pressie for granddaughter. Have sent emails and when I phoned the customer telephone number, I got a very rude reply from a young female who said it was not Comfybears telephone number and then the line went dead.

Ordered 3 times sheep toilet roll holders for £39.99, waited 3 weeks, and received a pack of clear tape, a set of nail clippers, and a garlic press. Classic “random crap” scam. Avoid.

I too wish I had read reviews first, I have paid for game for Christmas which I ordered on the 13th of December and have had no contact since, have tried emailing but with no reply’s definitely a scam company!

They never responde to my emails. I've sent them my phone number practically begging them to call or email me . Time is running out as so close to Christmas . There are 2 boxes of their jewellery making sets 1 blue 1 pink and are for my granddaughter I'm getting so stressed about it now.

Falsely advertised calendar. Terrible customer service. Do not order from this place.

Do Not under any circumstances order off this lot, after ordering and paying them they just took my money even after email after email they have not offered me any explanation or a refund, just highway robbers 💯💯💯
