I have also paid for an item on December 9th that hasn’t arrived. And not heard from their customer support team after emailing.

I ordered a karaoke machine mid Nov. for a Xmas present, and it still hasn't arrived. I had a tracking link which says the item had been delivered on a Sunday 1st Dec. at 8.40pm and was signed for!, hard to believe as the address was on an industrial estate and the unit was closed for the weekend! I have emailed them to say I hadn't received it and want a refund and eventually they replied to me with the tracking link!

Warning do not buy from this so called company, absolute con merchants

Scam company. Do not bother. Awful. Ordered, goods did not arrive, no contact, no attempt to contact. Makes me feel stupid.

Scam company - ordered a karaoke machine as a Christmas present at the beginning of November. Received an email in January to say that it had been delivered but I have received nothing. No response from customer service. I feel really stupid for not checking reviews on this scam company before giving my money away.

Only giving one star because I can’t give zero stars. A scam company. They took my money in early December then failed to deliver the item. Despite multiple subsequent emails to their alleged customer support team, including a request for a refund, I have received no response, goods and no refund. I cannot understand why the company is allowed to continue trading. All the comments here are evidence of its fraudulence.

Do not buy from this company

You will never receive the item you have ordered and they will give you a false shipping tracking number and then say that the item has been delivered. Scam company

I order a karaoke machine at the end of November and it never arrived. I've contacted the company and they sent me a tracking link saying the item had been delivered to my address, but that is not the case. Reporting through my bank now to try and get a refund.

My order was never received . No reply to my emails asking for a refund . Stay away total scam of a company

I'm another customer who ordered the karaoke machine and 31 days now it has been in transit. Bogus tracking details etc. Facebook are running these ads so they should be held responsible for all of us who have been SCAMMED out of money not to mention disappointed grandchildren.

Do not use this company. I brought a karaoke machine on the 8th December and that was the last I heard from this company. False tracking information, no customer service facility. Luckily I paid through ClearPay so hopefully getting my money back. Although it has a uk email the products come from China. Please don’t buy from them

Ordered 2 games and when they EVENTUALLY arrived (from China) they were cheap copies and didn’t even have the same name of the game on the box but the picture was the same.
Would NEVER deal with this company again.

I ordered a karaoke machine for my daughter in November and it never arrived. Can’t get any response from them and have complained to Facebook (where I originally saw the advertisement) and they have replied to say basically they can’t find a problem with the company! I paid through klarna so I’m hoping I can get my money back

Ordered £45 worth of goods on 18 November hasn’t arrived yet 4 January. No word from company and no response to my enquiry

Took a month to deliver an item from the UK. No comms from the company and later found the same product half the price on Amazon. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Do not order feom this company, the karaoke microphone nearly caused a house fire, luckily it was not left unattended when plugged in. Avoid at all costs

Do not order from this company!!! I ordered the mini karaoke machine with two microphones on 4th December, the tracking says it’s still in London? Emailed them and they are useless. I don’t think I’ll even receive my purchase, they are a scam.

Seems to be a scam company.
Ordered sheep toilet roll holder on 4th December and it still hasn’t arrived as of 31st December.
Got in touch with them and was given a fake tracking number to fake website.
AVOID

Dreadfull customer service, was too late to give as a gift as it took weeks to arrive. Several fake tracking numbers and excuses,refused to cancel and give refund even though they said it had been delayed at manufacture. Shockingly bad service and a piece of junk when it arrived.
