I needed to replace a glass worktop saver. I had previously ordered a patterned glass splashback and 3 worktop savers from Colour 2 glass, 5 years ago. I loved them so much and they still look like brand new today. So i reached out to this company and ordered a replacement. Sadly, they sent me the wrong pattern. I contacted them and after a sincere apology they quickly ordered the correct pattern and sent it out to me within days. They also told me that i could keep the wrong item. Customer service was outstanding, (thank you Kieran) delivery was very fast and packaged very well. Highly recommend this company - if you want glass splashbacks and worktop savers, dont bother looking anywhere else. Excellent!

Great Comms, I was able to what's app a query initially, they had the Matt finish which some companies don't. Had a few phone calls, nothing too much trouble for them, they are friendly, a pleasure to deal with and splashback arrived when they said it would and looked exactly like the sample.

Excellent company to deal with. Clear instructions, fast response and very good delivery well packaged. The product was exactly as expected and looks great.

Initially very impressed with the website, customer contact and delivery time. This is why I have not given one star. However when the box was opened the splash back was scratched on the back. I was there when it was opened … there was literally nothing in the kitchen to scratch it on! I took photos but can’t see a way to post it here. The supplier was sent them. The fitter suggested some black marker pen to make the scratch less visible. It worked but WE can still see the repair. I contacted the company and was hoping for a small partial refund. They asked questions which I answered … absolutely no contact from them since. It is interesting that the scratch near enough follows the pattern so a manufacturing fault is probable as opposed to a packing problem? VERY disappointing as I would have recommended them to others but to me a supplier has to be rated not just on how good a product is but what they do when things go wrong.

Buyer beware. Upon delivery of the product and sliding it out of the transit package, edge protection still in place, the splashback shattered in my hands. Fortunately no injuries occurred to either myself, the grandchildren or the dog but glass shards did scatter everywhere. It was potentially an extremely dangerous incident.
I contacted them straight away and was offered a cost price replacement which I did not agree to as I didn't cause the damage. All I wanted was a replacement splashback but was declined this by the company. Very poor standards of customer relations in my view as I was accused of damaging the product myself, which I certainly didn't do.
Overall, extremely dissapointed with this company and it's management response. I advise you to spend your money elsewhere.

Unfortunately the glass splashback didn't arrive as the carrier, when chased, said it was broken.
On contacting Colour 2 Glass they reordered it for me & the 2nd one arrived safely & now looks great in my kitchen.

Easy online ordering - great choice of colours. Ordered 4 panels, 2 colours and 2 with socket cutouts. Drawings were provided for design confirmation. Efficient overnight delivery. The glass splashbacks all fitted perfectly and look great.

Arrived well packaged and before estimated delivery date. Looks absolutely fantastic and we are so pleased. Would use this company again.

Communication was good, ordering process simple and delivery was good. The product,a colour glass splashback, was not as well finished as simi;ar products from other sources. The paint has numerous (very small) imperfections as though the work environment was dusty.

Looks great, finishes the kitchen. Easy to order and good delivery.

The Matt red splashback is excellent - it creates a touch of colour in my kitchen. I wanted a Matt finish as otherwise there is a reflection from the window. I also needed a cut to size item as a standard one wouldn’t fit. I was able to order a sample prior to the main order which enabled me to see the colour which is a lovey shade of red. Item arrived well packaged in the time promised. Excellent service all round.
