Ordered a very expensive coffee machine…
Ordered a very expensive coffee machine which was in stock on their website, they rang to confirm payment with my credit card and all was good. When I didn't receive my machine in the expected time frame, I made a call to Coffee Beanery who told me "some how the coffee machine 20 foot container was off loaded in Singapore, so there was going to be a delay of another 6-8 weeks, before it arrives in Australia". Hmmm... After reading a lot of reviews about this guy and how hard it was to receive a refund, I went straight to the credit card provider to start the process of getting my money back. What an unpleasant and long experience this was!

I sent an email to CONFIRM stock, and was told yes items are in stock. Four days later I hadn't heard anything, not even that there was a delay, so asked if they had shipped items. I was told they're waiting on stock arrival! I called them and all I got was excuses as to why it's not their fault. In the end, very simply, they didn't check they just told me they had the goods in stock - which was the whole point of my confirmation email. If they told me they couldn't confirm until the next day, I would have went elsewhere.
I lost a whole week waiting for them, could have purchased elsewhere that actually has stock when they say they do.

If you are health conscious like me, getting one of those machines will surely allow you to make your coffee at home, customized at your choice. This way you can save yourself so many calories and bucks. And don’t search too far. Got mine from the Coffee Beanery machine and the service is amazing.

Bought a coffee grinder, french press, and coffee tin from them earlier this year.
Someone from the company called and said that there had been issues with shipping grinders to PO boxes in the past. Quickly and easily swapped to a courier delivery for the grinder.
Everything arrived quickly. Items were safely packed and in perfect condition. Couldn't be happier with them.
Would buy from them again.

As we explained that due to Covid there were difficulties with supply from our whole industry,weve been in Business for over 10 yrs and have one of the largest coffee sites in Australia and as you also know you were refunded in full .

We never received our $1700 coffee machine. Asked for a refund and was told to wait 10 days. After 10 days and no refund I called and some half asleep Guy tells me that accounts will call me back. They of course never do. Week later I call about 15 times no answer until I switched my caller ID off. He then answered only to tell me to wait another 10 days. I refused and aid I want my money NOW, he then hung up on me.
I am now taking this up with ASIC and Consumer and business affairs. You are scammers and I will have my money back and your balls!!!

If only I could give 0 stars I would. Shop at your own risk. Direct deposit taken for a Niche Zero grinder on the provision that stock would be due late October, then November, then December and Jan.
A refund was requested as I was notified months after the order was placed and paid for that they were not receiving any stock.
A refund was therefore requested and now 14 days past that request I am still waiting.
Poor communication, poor customer service, zero customer support. DO NOT BUY FRON THIS BUSINESS
