I have used Toby @Coapt for over 15 years now, and I’ve got to say he’s been fantastic. I have several rental properties in and around Brighton which he looks after.
I have only ever had seasonal void periods, the rent has been paid on the dot and any maintenance is taken care of without fuss or outlandish charges.
Thanks to Toby and his team for running my small portfolio with very little (if any) stress placed on me

Chloe was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She was always quick to respond to any questions we had and really took the time to make sure we understood everything. When it came to booking viewings, she was great at working around our busy schedules – which made a big difference. I imagine that Coapt must be one of, if not the largest student letting agency in Brighton and I'm not surprised that Toby and his team have been able to grow the business so quickly. I think they understand that to be successful they need the landlords, the tenants and their staff to be happy and I think this one of the key ingredients to their success. All of the staff seem to be well trained and professional as well as being very knowledgeable and responsive and work together well as a team. The tenants that I've spoken to always seem to be happy with their experience and as a landlord I'm extremely happy with the way that my properties are managed and it leaves me with a stress and worry free experience which other letting agents have definitely not provided. We've rented with Coapt for years and never had any issues - things are sent on time and we know if we need anything fixed it's usually sorted fairly quicker- I've had dealings with Adam, and Ollie and both have been professional and good to deal with!

They manage several of my properties, and I’ve always found them to be professional, responsive, and reliable. The houses are let every year without issue, and both maintenance and rent collection are handled efficiently. I highly recommend Co-apt to both landlords and tenants.
