I have been a private landlord for around 30 years. Usually I manage the properties myself, but having moved away from Brighton I decided to let my BTL via Coapt. Within a matter of a couple of days they had advertised the property and organised a viewing day, resulting in 2 offers. The team processed the application / references / guarantors etc and moved the tenants in all within 3 weeks. A first class service from a very professional, highly skilled, attentive and competent team. Well done to everyone for a great performance.

Great experience! Patrick helped tremendously in finding a lovely house for my housemates and I who unfortunately left the 3rd year house search too late. All properties I saw had great value for money- would recommend!

Maddie was an excellent photographer and made sure we knew what was going on throughout the entire process. As tenants it can be awkward having someone take pictures of your living space but we felt comfortable and knew we were in good hands!

I recently changed agents due to poor performance and lack of transparency, Coapt were a breath of fresh air.
Toby and his team have renewed my faith in letting agents and I’m looking forward to my next chapter of being a landlord.
