Best customer service I’ve experienced.
I can’t speak highly enough about the incredible service I received from Gerald at Cleantec. From the moment I reached out, he went above and beyond to ensure I chose the correct jet wash for my specific setup. His knowledge was absolutely impeccable — he clearly knows his products inside out and was able to guide me with confidence and clarity.
What truly stood out was how patient, helpful, and genuinely committed he was to making sure I got exactly what I needed. It wasn’t just about making a sale; Gerald took the time to understand my requirements and gave expert advice that made all the difference.
Without a doubt, this was the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. If you’re looking for expert guidance and top-notch support, ask for Gerald — you won’t be disappointed!

An honest broker. Others were offering a lower price, but wanted almost £40 for delivery. Prompt delivery as well. Good service.

Excellent product
Excellent product. Except the fact that its 31Kg. Never regret a pound spent on it. Robust made out of brass and stainless good plastic covers all around. Its no faults in this contraption. Warranty 10 years I guess so that would speak for itself in time.

At last - long life pressure wash unit is about to fire up
At last, I opened up my packaging.
We have examined the items,, and it looks promising. Tomorrow we shall assemble and test the unit which has been mothballed for longer than I expected.
Fingers crossed.
