I asked for hardwired oven and the customer service recommended HD110. I paid and it was delivered next day. I opened it and found out it has a plug. Below is their Customer service reply "Hi Igor, I’m very sorry for the confusion and inconvenience caused. We had understood that this oven was hardwired, based on the information we had when recommending it to you, and I sincerely apologise about this.
We have now passed this feedback on to our Product Manager so that this can be reviewed, and the product information made much clearer, particularly regarding whether the ovens are supplied as plug-in or hardwired models. We apologise that this was not made clear to you before you placed your order.
If you preferred not to keep the new oven, we can arrange a collection and provide you with a full refund. The earliest we can arrange the collection would be Monday.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the confusion and inconvenience caused."

Bought a DH10 Wine fridge, well packaged and delivered on time. Only had the fridge a couple of days but it's working well. I had to 'phone Dellonda with a set up query ( my misunderstanding ) and it was answered quickly and Victoria sorted me out !! Very happy and now have 28 cold bottles of wine, what's not to like !!!

Defective and potentially dangerous
I bought a barbecue from this company. All was fine for a while and then all of the paint started peeling off the lid. It is clearly not heat resistant!
When I queried this I was Tushar I could be a new lid but the earliest they would have stock is October.
The product is clearly defective and potentially dangerous as burning paint fragments fly around.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We’re sorry to hear that you’ve been disappointed with the condition of your BBQ purchased in May last year.
We have reviewed the photographs provided and, while we appreciate your concerns, the damage shown is not consistent with a manufacturing defect or a failure of the BBQ to be heat resistant. The BBQ is designed to withstand high temperatures during barbequing.
The peeling and deterioration visible in the photographs is consistent with grease build-up, and/or cleaning and maintenance methods that can damage the protective coating. Regular cleaning is particularly important with BBQs, as accumulated grease and food residue can reach very high temperatures and cause flare-ups, which can damage the coating over time.
We are sorry that the current lead time for a replacement lid has been frustrating.
We always want our customers to have a safe and enjoyable experience with our products, and we would encourage anyone using a BBQ to follow the care and maintenance instructions carefully, particularly regarding grease removal and avoiding excessive heat.

Disappointing quality of work
I received a garden bistro set today and when assembling the chairs I found one hole was too shallow for the screw to go in and the other chair's thread for the hole was not deep enough. So I had to purchase a set of thread taps to enable me to finish assembly. This was very disappointing and not something I would have expected to do. The bistro set does look very good now but it's a shame this happened as it added to the cost.

I purchased the Portable Fridge Freezer…
I purchased the Portable Fridge Freezer 95L with 11.1V Battery, 230V Adaptor & 110W Solar Panel - DL175 for camping and I must say it is absolutely superb, even in the blistering heat we have had it has not struggled at all and maintained temperature, I have had other brands of camping fridges (not cheap ones )which take ages to get to temperature and really struggle in the heat, yes these are not the cheapest but like they say, you get what you pay for, I highly recommend these to anyone looking to purchase a portable fridge freezer.

Great quality rattan garden chairs.
We ordered 4 rattan garden chairs which are great. Really sturdy, look really good, with quality washable, comfortable, water resistant cushions. Very easy assembly. The only slight issue we had was on the second set of chairs 2 screws were missing. However, this is in the process of being rectified; customer services replied very quickly and screws will be arriving shortly. I still think this is a 5 star product and service.
