Dodgy company
I bought a lance for my Karcher in April 2024. This has failed and is leaking. I’ve sent two emails that have been ignored. I rang up today and I’ve been told that it’s no longer under warranty and that they will sell me a new nozzle. Needless to say I’ve turned down this offer. I would suggest you avoid this company. I suggest that they are breaching Consumer regulations here but can’t be bothered to chase them.

Hello Shallini,
I believe this review has been embellished.
We responded to your emails for further information to confirm where the leak was occurring. Upon review we realised it was a consumable part not covered under any warranty. As it was a lance you had purchased 9 months ago, it would have experienced a good bit of wear and tear.
We had advised you we would sell you a replacement nozzle and talk you through swapping it out.
You then advised you would be leaving a negative review due to not getting this for free.
Please contact if you wish to go ahead with purchasing the replacement nozzle and of course we will still help with this.
I can also confirm there is no lengthy warranties given by any company for hoses and lances, as these items are considered consumable parts.
Thanks

Great service from start to finish
I used Cleantec when buying a new pressure washer, however the day before it was due to be delivered I changed my mind and wanted to buy a higher spec one. The day after it was delivered it was sent back and my new higher spec machine was sent out. There was no problems and nothing was too much for Gerald who I was dealing with, he also kept in touch throughout the whole process. A great shop, great prices and run by good people. I will be using Cleantec again that’s for sure. Thanks.

Cleantec is a reliable choice for quality cleaning products. Despite a minor hiccup with tracking information and some challenges with shipping costs and delivery upgrades on their website, their fast shipping and excellent phone service are commendable. The products I've received are top-notch and have proven durable over time. I've consistently found the ordering process straightforward and will continue to consider Cleantec for future purchases. Overall, a solid 4-star experience.
