case went on to long ,poor communications ,unanswered emails and calls. informed them of missing evidence that could be proved and alter the outcome but sadly once an offer had been made I was forced to accept had made formal complaint about my solicitors conduct but nothing done about it ,just pushed to close the case and get the fee .totally uncaring,
