Was a lovely man booking my holiday. I explained it all to him & he was very helpful. We love Italy.....Having a car taking us to the Hotel & also back is a big help as I've got Arthritis. Booked Seats on the planes as well. This is the second holiday with Citalia. Hope its as good as the first one.....

Everyone is so knowledgeable about Italy! They are able to advise, and support from an "idea", to a provisional plan, adapted to personal requests and then holiday quote.
