Dreadful place.

When onto circle fashion website to purchase a Dolce & Gabbana top. In the process of adding the top into turn basket I noticed something didn't look right. When I zoomed in I notice the top was dolce Gabbana but the tag on the neck had a Givency tag. I could believe what I saw. When I called the store and genuine asked nicely are you garments genuine? The adviser started to scream and shout saying everything is genuine and I need to get a life. I tried to get my voice across so I can explain the reason I asked but he wouldn't listen and kept talking over me and kept shout. He finally put the phone down. I managed to call back again, the person who picked up, I explained what happened and that the top on the site had a givency logo on a dolce Gabbana top. Within 5mins of raising this they changed the image. No one even called to aplogoigise for the rude behaviour of the fact that I point out the fault.

Really good company, didn’t have any problems as such other than emails bouncing back, saying domain unknown but other than that it was a perfect experience we’re I’ve actually ordered a 2nd item 5 days after receiving the 1st and the prices seem to be cheaper than most of there competitors.

I found the coat I was looking for at a good price. Impressed with the customer service and speed of which they dealt with my order.

Great choice of designer clothing/footwear. Quick and easy online orders at Circle, would highly recommend and will be ordering again.

Fair play to the guys at circle. I read the reviews in horror, after ordering. I ordered my Moncler Gilet on Friday afternoon and it arrived Monday morning. Checked the Certilogo and all legit. 20% off list price too. Don’t believe the hype. My shopping experience was flawless

Purchased Hugo boss overcoat, delivery 2 days after ordering, no problems no worries item as described and lush.. Contrary to believe excellent and would use again

Ordered 16 days ago. They took the money immediately but they haven't shipped a thing till now. When I e-mailed them, 5 days ago, they were projecting some funny irrelevant excuses and they promised me that the manager would contact me (for what??? what kind of explanation exists when you take the money and you keep them without shipping the item) , of course no one mailed me and they still hold the money, I already requested the technical help of paypal.I should have known better, I should check out the reviews here, before I order, too many people complain for similar issues, why risk it with that site instead of playing it safe with so many other great e-shops of uk...Beware.

Guys, stay well clear of Circle Fashion.

Forget trying to call them or emails as they simply do not answer or reply!!

***BEWARE*** ONLINE SALE ORDERS**** PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING **** HELLO I placed a sale order a few months ago only to be told FOUR ITEMS I ORDERED ALL OUT OF STOCK after I used a extra savings code they sent me and AFTER no reply I had to call after 9 days WITH no contact and GOT sad news 🤔 wee cant locate your items as out of stock ok STRANGE YES ALL FOUR ITEMS MENS &LADIES. So finally got refund and on boxing day got sent another code AND I thought mmm I'll give them the benefit about last order BUT WAIT I placed order on 26/12/2019 3 items purchased used code X20 off sale items they sent me by email & txt YES YOU GUESSED IT ALL OUT OF STOCK 😯🤔HOW POOR IS THAT. I HAD TO CALL8 DAYS after ordering as no contact again only to be told by staff member this is regular thing and best to go into store as orders on back log that much stuff gets bought in store that prob already been sold online so even the MANAGEMENT passed the buck to tell me AGAIN my order sold out or is it more tothe point on line ordering is more like a lottery and if use THE CODES SUPPLIED YOU as the case was quickly disabled against items I bought 🙄 or just not get your order your choice .mines was wrong to trust this STORE AGAIN ONCE POOR TWICE JUST OUTRIGHT CHEEK & DISGRACE AND POOR SERVICE.

I ordered i shirt Over a week ago and have still not received the shirt . Voice mail box is full so tend the store today and spoke to Tom . Was promised a mail back in regards to my order ( guess what I’m still waiting ) I’m amazed they are still trading . Won’t be using them again and have now contacted my bank

Purchased a CP Company Belt Bag on Boxing Day in the sale, they processed the order and took £87 out of my bank account, the following day I received a phone call which I was unable to answer due to work commitments, a member of staff left me an answerphone message regarding my order and told me to ring back... After numerous attempts to ring them I knew they wasn't going to answer.
Before I emailed them I noticed an email informing me that "Due to an operating fault online, the bag I purchased was out of stock and that they would give me the option to take the same bag in a different colour or be refunded". I have since emailed them informing them that I would like a full refund and have tried to call them more than 20 times, still no answer nor have they replied to my emails asking for a full refund.

As has been written here many times these guys are charlatans. Unfortunately I will be going to the shop to confront them, I'm looking forward to it as they've messed with the wrong bull this time. The owner is Mohammed Abbas, 15 Storths Road, Huddersfield, HD2 2XN. I'll be seeing him too . . .
