I was a client of this company and used the program occasionally. It is a yearly license. It should have expired today, and I know because I received a message from the bank that they attempted to charge me again).
But 4 months ago, the license stopped working. I have created 4 tickets asking them to fix the problem. No reply to tickets. No reply by email. No reply at all.
As they tried to charge me today, it is absolutely clear that my license should have been active, but it wasn't.
In the panel/account/membership area, there is no way to contact them. There is no way to cancel the subscription.
So you cannot cancel, change, or get in contact with anybody, and when you have a problem, you are left alone. I do not want this anymore, and I do not recommend it to anyone.
I write this review because they had the audacity to try to charge me again after everything they did. At the very least, they owe me 4 months of license not used because of their fault.
I tried to contact them again just before writing this review, but the ticket system does not work, and no contact information is available on their website. I just hope they leave me alone and stop trying to charge me again, as I no longer want anything from these guys.

Chimp Rewriter was amazing; it did everything that I could ever want it to do. I would have recommended it here with five stars.

BUT...

Chimp Rewriter was recently bought by another company. The new owner seems to be having problems with it, so much so that the software is no longer available to those who have been using it for years, causing them a great amount of inconvenience.

The new owners are called Aiditorial.com, and unfortunately they do seem to be completely clueless.

The old owner, Aktura Technology, signed an NCA so that they cannot compete with the "new" software owner's business. Except that the new owners seem to be so incompetent that they can neither deliver the software as a tool to all the thousands of people who have used it under licence before, nor can the new owners seem to find a way of allowing people to buy the software that they now own.

This proves that simply buying a software product does not enable you to make a going concern of it, even though it was perfectly serviceable to and for the previous owners. The key is that you need to have a functioning brain as well.

Unfortunately, Aiditorial.com, the new owners, are not only incompetent as far as their own business abilities are concerned; they are also preventing thousands of other people and businesses from using a highly useful marketing tool.

I sent numerous emails to Aiditorial.com, but all I got were sad and apologetic emails, if they replied at all.

This is how NOT to do business in the digital age.

BTW, Trustpilot, there is no point sending an email to the info address you cite to reviewers, because you will never get a reply. The new "owners" have simply bought a very good product, and effectively trashed it, because they have made it unavailable for use by anyone else. Either any new users or any old established users.

I am stucked 4 days with the license not working, which I paid for and no one answer the support tickets. I cannot use the app.

Have had a couple of interactions with the Chimp Rewriter team and I´m not impressed. Downloadable content doesn´t work, installations files don´t work. å

They said there was something wrong with their system... during two weeks??

Hmm, feels like a scam. Stay away!

Tried the software with Swedish and it does not work. The software does literately nothing, therefore avoid.

A scam arrangement. Once you pay for one month they will charge your card every month. Impossible to cancel the subscription. The site will not recognize your account anymore. Had to cancel my card.

Definitely the best spinner software in 2015. Other spinners are getting out of date, while chimprewriter continues to improve.
