Easy to use and pay. Great for groups

We booked our stag weekend in Budapest through Chillisauce, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. From the moment we booked until the end of the trip, everything was incredibly well organised, making the whole experience completely stress-free.

A huge thank you to Aimee, our Customer Service Executive, who did an amazing job arranging everything. She was always quick to respond, helpful with any questions we had, and made sure every detail was taken care of before we arrived.

We also have to give a special mention to our tour guide, Zeti, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the weekend. He was friendly, knowledgeable, organised, and went above and beyond to make sure our group had an amazing time. Nothing was too much trouble, and he really made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Budapest was an incredible destination for a stag do, and thanks to Chillisauce, everything ran seamlessly. I’d have no hesitation in booking with them again or recommending them to anyone planning a stag or hen weekend. I actually have another stag in Budapest booked for next year already with Chillisauce😅

On a stag do in Prague, no air-conditioning at the hotel, impossible to sleep, moth holes in the curtains in my room, our group organiser has complained, got the offer to move 2 of 16 people out into another hotel,didn't want to split the group, not good, seems that once they've had your money you're not important anymore, ruined what could have been a great trip.

I only used this company because the best man of the stag do used it to book events. So I only had to pay my fee, and look up the times and places for the events which we had in Benidorm. Can say Chilli Sauce was pretty good for me and had no faults with it to be honest. Maybe a bit expensive for what some of the events were but it was good.

Chillisauce organised a great stag weekend for me and took all the planning and gathering payment hassles away from me. I would definitely use them again 5 🌟

An incredible weekend! THE BEST stag do I’ve been on. Had absolutely no issues everything was booked exactly as described. Wouldn’t have changed a thing.

First time using them and they were great. From helping tailor the activities over the weekend (which we got for a great price) to being super responsive over the phone when any hiccups occurred. All money handled easily with them so no chasing it up with everyone.

Easy booking, good hotel found with great breakfast, events fun for all

I am writing to further outline the extent of the issues we experienced following your last-minute cancellation of our original hotel booking. Each additional detail only reinforces how far the delivered experience fell below what was promised and paid for.

Not only did we lose the free breakfast included in our original package, but the replacement hotel was of a significantly lower standard. The food provided there was terrible and did not resemble the quality or experience we were assured when booking. This alone would have been disappointing, but unfortunately the problems did not stop there.

The boat experience—advertised as a trip out to sea—only travelled down the river. This was a clear misrepresentation of what we were sold, and the boat itself was of noticeably poor quality. To make matters worse, there was no running water on board, meaning even basic hygiene such as handwashing was impossible. This is not only unprofessional but also a basic health and safety concern.

Considering the extremely short notice of the hotel change, the downgrade in accommodation, the loss of included amenities, the poor food quality, the misrepresented boat trip, and the lack of basic facilities on board, it is evident that the compensation offered so far is wholly inadequate. We expect a level of compensation that genuinely reflects the disruption, disappointment, and failure to deliver the services we were promised.

Would definitely recommend using Chillisauce. Booking and communication was on point and even on the weekend, they still provide information if needed.

Really good experience with chilli sauce. They helped me plan a stag with 15 other lads and everything went smoothly from start to finish. We had guides come with us on every activity which helped everything run well, and the prices we were given were very reasonable.
