Amazing items and great service

I have now ordered about six times from this company and every time the service is amazing and the items are absolutely beautiful. My five year old loves Kenzo and I buy lots of it from Childrensalon, the delivery is always quick and the items beautifully packaged. Well done Childrensalon, you really are a fabulous example of a great online company. I cannot recommend them enough for amazing designer brands for your little ones.

Very poor quality clothing

Ordered a cardigan for my daughter, she wore the item for just a few hours before the fabric was so bobbled it looked extremely scruffy. Contacted customer services who told me to buy a debobbler.
Very unhappy with this company, very poor quality

I am sorry that this has been an issue for you and thank you for taking the time to provide us with details of the issue you have experienced.
As we mentioned over [email/phone], any issues with any of our items are be reviewed by our in-house quality control team, who are experts with brand knowledge, textiles, and overall consumer experience and what to expect from collections.
As this is a unique issue and the shoes have been worn for over 3 months it has been decided that this is a wear issue and how the shoes are being used, as opposed to a quality control issue.
We have noticed that this is the second issue of a split sole, both on shoes that you have had for some time.
So that this doesn't happen for you again, it may be beneficial to have your child's feet measured in a store. A lot of our shoes are a standard width measurement, but if you contact us, our team will be very happy to provide measurements of our products to ensure the best fit for the longevity of wear.

They send you luxury goods using Royal Mail whilst Royal Mail is on strike.

Try to get exchanges back! Good luck. The worst service from a company selling premium kids' brands.

Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion with us, we are sorry that you are not happy with the return service we are offering at present.
We use DPD for our deliveries in the UK and have done for some years.
As we advised you on our live chat, we are normally able to offer two return options, Royal Mail and DPD. As a result of the recent RM strikes, DPD has temporarily suspended its collections service because, like all UK couriers, they have an overwhelming volume of parcels to deliver as companies have switched from Royal Mail.
This is why we recommended using the Royal Mail return service as the quickest way to return your order back to us. You are also able to arrange a collection through their website.
As we discussed, we are also very happy to extend our return period for you until DPD resumes collection services, so that you are able to return via this service.
We know that the Royal Mail strikes will have had a temporary impact on the returns services, but our Returns Team are working very hard to minimise any delays when the returned parcels are received.
You are always welcome to contact us if you require any assistance and if you want to discuss anything further, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Great products & customer service

I think that this shop is a bit underrated.

I ordered from them twice and each time they have been very nice. The products I bought were of high quality and they wrapped them nicely and included a small gift for the buyer. Also they delivered my products very quickly (next day or so). I will buy from them again. Thank you!

I would give this no stars

I would give this no stars. Placed an order which was delivered 24.11 I was missing 1 item from this delivery.

I contacted immediately I was sent a form to complete, I advised numerous agents I was unable to do so as the documents wouldn't let me edit this.
I sent over all the relevant information for an advisor to complete they advised they cannot do this. I have never hear of this company policy before.

YOU ARE STEALING MY MONEY I WANT MY REFUND

I am sorry to hear that you had issues with filling out the disclaimer form.
I can see that one of our senior members of staff has tried to help you over the phone with how to fill in the form.
Once this form is filled in, we can then take the next step to investigate this for you, we take these things very seriously including bringing in any courier security teams in case mail theft is involved and for this reason, the correct procedures need to be taken to be able to help you with the issue.
I wanted to reassure you of our packing procedure so that you know how we work.
I also wondered if you are able to check with any other family members that are living within the household, as I can see that there have been previous missing items with online purchases from other companies.
So by letting you know how we work, you can feel safe shopping with us in the future.
Let me explain :) we want our customers to be 100% secure in the knowledge their parcels will arrive to them with the items they ordered safely and securely.
We have CCTV (cameras) in all areas. From the moment your order is picked and packed it is done under CCTV.
Each item has to be scanned 3 times. Once when it is picked from the warehouse, then when the items are assembled in the order, and again when it is packed by a different member of staff (at a packing table directly under CCTV).
Our boxes are tamper-proof boxes and sealed with a tamper-proof closure which is so secure it can seal a package and withstand a weight of up to 30kg. Obviously, your box was a lot less than that. Also, boxes cannot be opened without damaging the tape. We have researched lots of packaging and found this to be the most secure available.
I can also see that we have tried to call you back on the number we have on your order to check if you were able to fill in the disclaimer form, we have had no answer.
You have now informed us that you have given the case to the payment provider, so we will wait for them to get in touch with us.

DO NOT ORDER FROM CANADA - RETURN FEES EXTORTIONATE AMOUNT

I placed two orders with the same items in different sizes and wanted to return the order with the incorrect sizing. This order cost me over $200 and I paid $20 in express shipping and additional customs duties which I was aware of. When I tried to return the items I was told it would cost me over $200 to ship back from Canada. Their website states
"Kindly note that international customers are responsible for the cost of returns. For some countries we can provide a competitively priced return service." - nowhere does it say that it will cost you an insane crazy amount to return the items. I paid $20 for express shipping so I thought okay it will be about the same to ship back. Their customer service representatives are extremely unhelpful and just like oh sorry we can't help. So what countries do you provide competitively priced return services for and how isn't Canada one of them?
This company is incredibly misleading and omits that it will cost you an extortionate amount if you want to return items from Canada. Do not buy from here! It is a complete scam if you want to return any items internationally.

I have been with Childrensalon for many years, most of the orders over £1000, never had problem before, but unfortunately, there is a faulty item in my recent order, it’s a dress set with a hole on it, I took photo and sent to the customer service and mentioned that they have to beware about the quality as a designer seller. Sending the email not mean to I am going to return it, but thanks the customer service’s misunderstood let me know how ridiculous you solve the problem! The customer service sent me a link for return and replied me said the faulty dress cost £71, refund £66, £5 return charge, so just be careful that you need to be charged for a faulty item! You are selling faulty item and charge the customer to return it?

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Wish I read the reviews before ordering. Initially they claimed they didn’t receive my return until I showed proof of delivery. After admitting they received the return, they now claim the tag isn’t attached so they can’t refund. After reading reviews it’s evident they just find any reason to scam you out of money.

Update: I RETURNED IT AS I RECEIVED IT. YOU LIED YOU DIDN’T RECEIVE MY RETURN INITIALLY TILL I SHOWED PROOF OF POSTAGE. EVIDENTLY YOU JUST LIKE KEEPING PEOPLES MONEY. I STAND BY MY REVIEW, YOU ARE SCAMMERS AND HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I wanted to explain to you about the return that we have received from you and why it has not been possible to process this.
As you see on our website, we have many brands. They are all delivered directly to us by the designer.
The designer tag is not only showing the size of the item it dictates the authenticity.
When the collections arrive, they are checked for not only correct sizing in line with what we had ordered, the item is then added to the correct warehouse, depending on the brand, the final check is to ensure that all items have a tag attached that depicts the above information.
The 2nd check is made during packing, the size of the item being packed as per the order is confirmed in relation to the item being packed. This information can only be found on the actual item, there is a label on the clear bag, which has a brief description of the item and a bar code, the packer needs to ensure the age size on the bag matches the swing tag on the item.

This way we know we are sending an item to our customers that are the correct sizing, and more importantly, that the item has the designer tag attached to it.
All our returns arrive to us directly, the parcel is opened and processed by the same person.
This means the items are checked for restocking or refunds and exchanges.
At no point would we ever not want to issue a refund to our customers. We do have a return policy:
· Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with its original packaging and designer garment tags still attached.
When trying items on, please ensure they do not come in contact with perfumes, sprays, creams or other chemicals.
If the policy is not met and we are not able to process the return, then we reluctantly have no choice but to return the item to you.
In this case, as the tag was missing and the item smelt of perfume, this was our only choice.
Upon visiting any high street retailer, the same rules would apply, as the item needs to be in perfect condition to be re-added back to the collection for another customer.
I am sorry that it has not been possible to process your return on this occasion, our return policy is there so that you receive items that are directly from the designer, with authentic tags attached and the item is not fragrant or marked.
This protects all of our customers so that they know they are receiving items that are in perfect condition from us.

This company are ridiculous I’ve been ordering from them for the past 5 years with no complaints I placed a order a few weeks back for 2 sweatshirts and 2 t shirts one of the sweatshirts were missing I contacted them and made them aware of the situation after serval times of contacting them they emailed me a form to fill I’ve done this .then within no time a response saying Notting can be done they have put the items in my package basically it’s not there problem ! That’s total rubbish as I’ve only received 3 items out of the 4 I’ve order such bad customer service and business this is not how you handle problems because looking at the reviews this is not the first time I see this is happened avoid shopping here !!

We take missing item issues very seriously as we have such a robust internal system in place.
Our team uses handheld devices for the scanning process which consists of three scans before the items are ready for packing.
Our packers scan items as they are added to the delivery box. If an item is incorrect or missing, the packer is unable to complete the order or move on to the next job. We have this strict system in place so that can feel reassured on behalf of our customers that all our orders are complete and correct.
We take this very seriously as our commitment to our customers is our word.
We feel very confident with the system that we have in place which means we can reassure our customers that we are positive all items that were ordered are packed.
With any sort of issue like this, we will search our system and be able to watch the items being packed. We also check to see if the item in question was purchased that day by any other customer, this is regardless of destination within the world.
I can see that your order was placed at 19:35 pm, we then arranged the order for you and dispatched this at 21:45 pm, this information was sent via email.
I wanted to let you know this to reassure you of the checks that we take, this item was placed into your package and at no point within the system had any other customer purchased this item between those times.

If I could give no STAR! I would ! Absolutely disgusting company! The staff really need training! I’ve ordered from this company for six years plus this time it has been the worst experience of my life never will be ordering from these again -
They claim
The items was stained ! Wth ! Lying ! Am I really crazy to send back a top so expensive with stains knowing it would get checked ! Silly people . Refused to give refund sent the top back ! When I don’t want it ! FORCING ME TO PAY! I know nothing wrong with this polo t-shirt when I Sent it back n Why would I put a stain top on my son ! It’s disgusting ! Size was even to small to fit my boy ! Guys honestly stay away. Customer service ! Telling me to speak to Klarna like why would they refund me when I brought the top form you guys . The while experience has left me really upset! THEY MADE ME CRY! ! They email and talk to you like - you under arrests for murder . I never wish bad on anyone but this company should realli goo bust .customer service ! Beware guys it’s appalling each person says 10 years experience etc - but use wording like a terrible two years old would . High pitch voice to scare you . Accuse you of staining top not willing to show VIDEO evidence . Nothing added up or made any sense . . They cut my call 4 times. Customer value is 0% lack people skills ,And just normal human decency!

Following on from several calls to you, we have let you know how we look at our returns and how we are able to accept returns.
On our return page, it is highlighted that items that do not meet our guidelines cannot be accepted and will be shipped back to the returner.
This includes items that have stains on them and have been in contact with perfumed sprays.
I can see that you have been emailed the pictures of the item that we received from you, showing the marks on the item that was sent back to you.
As mentioned in the calls, all our returns arrive directly to us and are processed from start to finish by one person. They are required to wear white cotton gloves, as many of our collections are made from very fine fabrics, as well, this means that no fingers are touching any fabrics as the collections are being processed during the return.
Our strict internal policy also is that there is no food or drink allowed within any packing or return areas, for obvious reasons, I would like to reassure you that at no stage was the item damaged by Childrensalon and sent back to you.
The returns team works within a small team and is very used to handling returns from all designers with care and efficiency.
As with any retail store that you would visit, and any online company, items that are returned to us must be in 100% condition with absolutely no issues with them for us to accept them back.
Our collections are delivered directly from the designer with branded swing tags, in the knowledge that our customers know that our collections are genuine and in the condition that you would like to receive any orders that you place with us, as this item was not in this condition and as per our return information on our return page and in our help section, we are unable to accept the item back and have sent this back to you.

I am absolutely OBSESSED with Children Salon. Their clothes are simply divine. Super quick delivery - once the order is placed they dispatch and items arrive the next day via DPD and their packaging is lovely as well.
