Don’t use this company it is a scam ordered fine went through and then they said apparently the way I paid there bank said it was a security issue even though it had already come out my account…they then had to refund it. They asked me to do bank transfer which is very strange from a company and what your always told not to do. Wouldn’t bother ordering from here again.

I love them and always choose Childrensalon for gifts because of ease of shopping online -the interface is so easy to navigate, multiple choices, great quality and quick shipping. I gave them four starts instead of 5 because:
1) No free shipping until you are a Diamond member even though its a luxury brand and you spend a lot of money
2) Prices of same items you can find lower on other websites.
3) They had a gift wrapping option that is not available anymore; its available but not as easily you have to speak to a bot to connect you to a person and then you have to explain what you need and hope they get it the first time etc.

Absolute pleasure
It's been always an easy, with a lot of nice stuff, shopping experience at Childrensalon.. But you get to appreciate truly and genuinely more, when there is an issue.. I would say that every issue is small, no matter how big of a problem it appears, as they would solve it satisfyingly with simpleton and ease.. I ordered 3 items for overseas, and the box arrived with only 2.. Customer service was very cooperative and helpful, and the reply to the chat was quick, polite and professional (thanks Laura), they returned to me in few days with a call to complete resolving the problem, and it was my absolute pleasure to speak to Lauren over the phone.. End of story, they r sending my missing item (though the cctv showed it was not their fault), and i wish every company and every customer service team would learn from them..

Worst website I have come across had spent nearly £500 for my son I had purchased a coat for him had received same brand but a body warmer not even my sons size they had said they don’t stock the body warmer and they don’t want to send a new jacket or refund me

As discussed on email we wanted to reassure you about how we work here at Childrensalon so that you know with confidence what happens to your order when you place it with us.
We have a very strict packing system in place to avoid any errors in packing.
Each item goes through several scans before being shipped out, and each item has a unique barcode, which identifies the product, as you may have noticed we have many collections online, so we have many automated workflows in place so when we get to the packing stage of your order, the items are scanned for the final time and checked by the team member packing your order for you.
We also have above our packing desks CCTV cameras
Having looked at the footage for your order we can 100% confirm that we can see the jacket going into the box.
We can see the arms of the jacket and the fur on the collar of the coat, as the packer is checking your item before it is sealed and sent to you in the box.
Upon reviewing the labels that you kindly sent to us along with a picture of the Gilet.
The labels we received in the email show a size year 2, this was our first alert as we have very few Gilets that are of that size.
We have been through all the items that we have stocked, which is a total of 5 items in age 2 years.
Four collections out of the five are now all sold out with the last one being sold on 23rd September 2023.
The fifth collection of a Gilet in age 2 years has not yet been added online, it arrived with us yesterday and is due online within the next few days.
We wanted you to know that we have done a thorough check for you.
As all these checks are looked through individually, item by item this includes any returns we may have had to confirm that upon restocking items were returned to the correct item number we are led to believe that you may have ordered a Moncler Gilet from a different online shop, and there has been some confusion with our order and the other retailer.
We want all our customers to know that we take anything like this very seriously and will go ahead with vigorous checks to confirm that we have not made any errors when completing your order for you.

Lovely items, quick delivery and lovely packaging
Ordered my first items from childrensalon as I’m currently expecting. Even though the items were in the sale they were delivered the next day and the packaging was beautiful. I have bought from other companies that sell designer clothing and they just shove the stuff in a tatty box. When buying things for your child it’s nice that the company takes care.

Have always brought my children’s clothes from children salon, they have a big variety which saves me shopping about, and always fast delivery, I ordered from them Christmas time and they phoned to ask if it was ok to deliver my parcel with a meet and great santa, I was so shocked at the gesture and my children loved Father Christmas coming to their door. Avoid this online store! Lost money of shipping!
I ordered a dress for my daughter, but they shipped me the wrong size (much smaller than what they claim on the website). I had to pay for shipping to receive the dress, and now I have to pay again to ship it back to them. I recommend avoiding this store as it seems like a scam. Additionally, I tried to leave a review on Google, but I could not. It's strange because they claim to have a 4.9-star rating.

I am so sorry for the misunderstanding and the wrong information you were given initially when you came to chat with us on our messaging service.
I can see from the photos how the fit of the dress is and understand why you would think the wrong size had been sent out to you, thanks for sending the pictures to us so that we could see what you are seeing.
Brand sizing can vary enormously, and we do have a specialist Product and Brand team that can help with any inquiries you have. If you let us know that you are unsure of sizing for a particular item/designer or collection, add the items to your basket and let us know that you would like measurements and if we can reserve them for you. (Our reservation service applies to Childrensalon.com). We can give measurements though for both Outlet and Childrensalon.com collections.
I am sorry that this has all started for you as a bad experience over the misunderstanding and wrong information being sent out to you, we would really love you to trust us again, I have popped an email over to you personally as well.

Amazing. Not just the quality of the products but the service from their staff. Dpd notified the items I suppose to receive as handled to me, but instead I wasn't t able to collect the parcel. Through childrensalon customer service an investigation has started, they were so nice to keep in touch daily with me, they sorted it the issue and they redirect the parcel to me giving the option to get anytime the refund. Great as I never seen. Thank u

Update: Thank you for your response Childresalon. I had already spoke to you on couple of occasions but you're not willing to sort it out. I received correct size of Frugi's snowsuit however hood is so small (compare to last year's snowsuit it's exactly same). So snowsuit size 2-3 years got hood of 1-2 years which means I cannot use it. Hood is detachable so it seems like wrong hood must been put on.
I spoke to Frugi and they didn't change sizing so hood shouldn't be that small.
UPDATE: Finally someone got to me and they sent me refund so I could purchase size up snowsuit just to find out hood is exactly same size. Such a disappointment!!!!! Frugi got amazing snowsuit and am keeping it but hood is extremely disappointing and won't be able to use it.
THANK YOU CHILDREN SALON FOR TRYING TO SORT IT OUT FOR ME!
WILL BE SENDING ANOTHER SNOWSUIT BACK AS NOT NEEDED.
