Product I ordered never arrived. Sent several emails asking why. Got a curt email back saying sorry person was away and they were resending it. Eventually 3 weeks later product arrived to Ireland..........

Delivered on time and well packaged, Works well the problem is trying to get all of the mites as they are hidden everywhere and they are resilient. Several applications of disinfectant and powder everywhere i hope they are on the way out.

Ordered on the Sunday and delivered Tuesday morning. Well packaged and as described.

I bought rollaway egg inserts because one of my chickens is eating her eggs. I've managed to adapt my nest boxes for the inserts and am finally getting eggs again
Good product that doesn't have to only be used with a branded nest box so you can save yourself some more money

I ordered a heat lamp and spare bulbs for my labrador whelping. Very pleased with the the quality and quick delivery of the items I ordered.

My wife and I ordered independently from this company. After a week we both started to email, then ring, then email again. No one on the end of the phone (voicemail). Only automatic acknowledgement of the emails.

I ordered a feeder and cider vinegar three weeks ago. Have emailed x 3. Phoned x 3, Facebook messaged. Nothing. No response at all. Thankfully paid via paypal so am initiating a refund. I would strongly advise to stay well clear of this company.

Frankly I am surprised that I have even been asked to review my purchase, but here goes. I placed my order for a 150w dull emitter bulb on 31st December, and noted that the company would be closed until 5th January. I was very impressed therefore when the item arrived on 7th January. That was the good news. On opening the parcel I noted that there was no protection around the manufacturers box, consequently the bulb rattled around with nothing to keep it secure. It was protected by a sheet of bubble wrap only and I was not surprised to find a huge crack along the length of the bulb. I immediately photographed the damage and sent an email to the company asking what I should do next. I received an automated reply saying my complaint would be looked at by staff in due course. The following day I had not had a reply, so I packaged up the bulb in the same way I had received it and emailed them once again to inform them that the package was on it's way back and would they please send a replacement. I waited a further week for some response, before sending a third message asking what was going on. I have still not heard a word from them and have been completely ignored. At the very least I would have expected an apology - but nothing. A disgraceful way to treat customers. I will be contacting Trading Standards if I hear nothing before the end of the month.
