Charcoal has excellent customer service and their quality of pieces is incredible. I’ve only had an issue once, where the zip snapped off my top. I let charcoal know and they assisted so quickly, I was so impressed!!! Definitely recommend, my fave clothing brand

Absolutely avoid buying from this company at all costs!! I spent $700 with them and they provided no delivery updates for 2 weeks, I then tried to get in contact via their instagram, email and web form and received no reply. The customer service is absolutely unacceptable and I have now had to ask my bank to dispute the transaction which is a very long process. I used to really like this company but absolutly not worth the hassle!

Charcoal city lights corset top - the quality was good and it looks great, the sizing was a little small. I would recommend sizing up if you have a bigger bust.
