Rarissima ditta dove i dispositivi medici si possono acquistare singolarmente e non a decine...Personale gentile e pronto ad ogni chiarimento.

Servizio eccezionale. Da quando ho iniziato a cercare il prodotto che volevo acquistare sono stata seguita e consigliata.
La prima volta che mi capita di trovare tanta professionalità.
Spedizione velocissima.
Consiglio assolutamente anche per ottimi prezzi rispetto ad altri siti

ABBIAMO AVUTO UN PROBLEMA CON UNA BATTERIA DI UN DEFIBBRILATORE ED ESSENDO UN CENTRO SPORTIVO AVEVAMO ESIGENZA DI RISOLVERE VELOCEMENTE SENZA ASPETTARE EVENTUALI VALUTAZIONI DI DIFETTO DALLA CASA MADRE . CFS SI E' PROPOSTA DI RISOLVERE IL PROBELMA SOSTITUENDO LA BATTERIA IN MANIERA RAPIDA E SENZA ATTENDERE IL RICONOSCIMENTO DELLA GARANZIA DALLA CASA MADRE -

Ho acquistato un saturimetro ed è arrivato in tempi rapidi, tutto perfetto. Soddisfattissimo.

Metto una stella solo perché zero non si può. Esperienza veramente pessima, vendono dispositivi medicali per professionisti ma ai professionisti non fanno il reso se il prodotto quando arriva non soddisfa le aspettative. Mai più.

Promised delivery before Christmas which came and went and fobbed me off with endless excuses, told lies and now waiting for a refund, 10 weeks later. Terrible and not worthy of one star. Stay away from these cowboys.

Non ho avuto all'inizio proprio un'esperienza fantastica con questa azienda a causa di una spedizione in ritardo (mi riferisco alla spedizione diretta a Giuliana Cattaneo di Cantù nel periodo 11/12/25 non ricordo il n. Di riferimento). La cosa mi aveva infastidito ed ho lasciato una recensione negativa. Devo però dire che ho dovuto ricredermi a causa del comportamento umano e professionale dell'azienda successivo all'accaduto. Mi hanno rispedito il prodotto che mi è arrivato imballato alla perfezione e in tempi brevissimi, ho avuto anche un bel colloquio con il loro referente con le scuse per l'accaduto e in omaggio il secondo prodotto arrivato in ritardo. Poiché non riesco a rimuovere la recensione negativa che non trovo più ho pensato di riscrivere questa nella speranza di fars cosa gradita a chi la leggerà! Azienda molto seria e altamente affidabile!

Hanno rifiutato di applicare il diritto di recesso ad un Misuratore di Pressione Microlife .

I could write a whole paragraph but I’m not wasting my time on this awful company anymore. All you need to know is it’s been 3 months since I ordered. No item, no refund, no compensation offered for the time I’ve spent waiting. False promises. Useless company that’s all I can say

esperienza negativa sono anni che utilizziamo questo fornitore e con grande dispiacere non è piu affidabile come prima, a mio mal grado sono costretto a rivolgermi altrove , il personale amministrativo molto disponibile a risolvere le mancanze di fornitura di magazzino ma si rischia di rimanere senza materiale ingustificatamente , gli ordini arrivano a singhiozzo e mai completi ogni volta bisogna sempre intervenire con l'assistenza .

Please please AVOID! For your sanity and your money!!!! This company is the biggest time wasting scam going. They will lie about lead times and delivery and will also withhold your refund. They charged us TWICE! And still haven’t refunded or delivered the item and it’s been almost 2 weeks. Please avoid! Their customer service agents also LIE a lot. You can see from other reviews they are trained to lie to customers to get them off the phone as quickly as possible. Please avoid! There are so many reputable companies to get furniture from, I wish we thought twice before buying. So greatly disappointed and hoping our bank can help refund both payments taken from us.

I ordered and payed for a dressing table mirror four weeks ago and it did not arrive. When I logged into the cfs website the order could not be found so I rang customer services who said they would contact me this week the mirror was on ten days delivery.

Horrible Experience, please think 100 times before order, customer service sraffs are nightmare.I'm still waiting for my refund. Always lying with commitments. Never ever do the mistake by ordering with them. Their ETA are just joke. Never trust with ETA.

Waiting for a delivery expected on the 27th of July 2025. Total silence and no idea on when I'll get the ordered furniture

Terrible Avoid this company!! 3rd time now ive been told delivery today,waited in from 9am-6pm no delivery!! Ordered & was given delivery date ,then informed day before item not available,chose a different colour & twice now no delivery & always blame the courier for not collecting item

Worst company ever I have dealt with
I have order a coffe table they received my order and took my money and waited 3months but No Update and after contacting customer service they said the manufacturer don’t sell it anymore.wasted my time

Mi ero spaventata leggendo queste recensioni, invece poi è filato tutto liscio. L'oggetto che ho ordinato è arrivato dopo due settimane circa dall'ordine, in perfette condizioni ed imballato con cura. Ho chiamato un paio di volte l'assistenza e sono sempre stati gentili e disponibili.
