many japanese didn't recive ephedrine tablet because japanese customer have tightened regulations of ephedrine product recently.
though this site have been keeping shippiment.
please rfund money to us and stop shipping right now!

ok so i have nothing but praise for the company.
Their products are great quality and always come in well packaged delivery,i always order ephedrine and it gets shipped from abroad,no issues and have ordered from them for coming up to between 8-10 years
a couple of times i had issues with delivery the first time my order never arrived and after the 30 day period they sent me a replacement package no questions asked as they were having an issue with deliveries,the other time i ordered an ephedrine package which arrived no problem and also a caffein product which never,at this point i sent off an email and the adviser was quick to respond,once again i recieved the generic 30 timescale to give it time,recieved a few emails to ask me if i had recieved it which i hadnt and they promised if after the 30 i still hadnt recieved it then id get a replacement
the issue though was royal mail said they couldnt fit it through the door even though it fitted fine so it was more a royal mail issue keeping my package
i trust century supplements that much i would never use another supplement company
oh and always give a review on their website if asked as i got a free £50 credit one month by giving a review,wee brucey bonus there

My original review (Below) flagged them as a scam, because of the lack of confirmation (This still stands) and being almost immediately locked out of the site (I could at that time log in from a different i.p. address) Chrome, Firefox and MS Edge are now flagging the site as a security risk, so I don't know what's going on there.
HOWEVER - I did eventually receive my order, so... thanks.

Always quick delivery, and when I email about a query, I had a quick reply and was happy with the Service and Care I received. That is still receive as a regular customer.

They do as they say on web site. Prices are a little high, delivery time is a little slow, but at the end you get what you've ordered :)

Without going into details, they managed to surpass my expectations a lot.

Late delivery of product. Contacted them immediately and response was quick and courteous. A resolution was quickly acted on and received my product. Very pleased indeed.

I have not received the package yet, there was an error with the mail.
But with good service that they have that's not a problem, now they've sent a new package. can not wait to get it: D

I've ordered from Century a few times and always received orders in good time. The last one went missing in the post and they responded to my e-mails promptly and sent a replacement which arrived quickly. I like the discreet packaging and the flat pack option means that it gets delivered to my flat rather then ending up at the Post Office sorting depot if I'm not home to take delivery. Great customer service. Thank you.

I've been ordering with Century supplements now for years and couldn't be happier! I'm so happy with the quick professional service and the quality of the product I order which is ephedrine hcl Kazien, and guess what call it coincidence but I haven't had a cold for 2 years now since using this product (with caffeine pills) I would get one about 2 to 3 times a year horrible nasty colds that lasted for weeks, is there a link?? I take them to suppress my appetite and give me energy with weight loss. Would be intrigued if anyone else has had the same no colds??

Really efficient response to emails, very friendly and helpfully.

Post delayed the first as I screwed up my address, sent me another, free of charge.

Then, I finally got the first and they refused payment for the 2nd, despite me confirming I had 2!

Very good company to deal with, would recommend to anyone.

I didnt recieve my order due to an shipping error. I sent an email about that and received an answer within a couple hours saying they would refund me or sent another package. I chose the last one and got a confirmation mail within 20 minutes saying my "new" order was on it's way. So in short: very good customer service

My experience of Century Supplements has only ever been positive-they respond quickly to emails and keep you informed about the status of your order. I've found the service to be prompt, reliable and efficient and they replaced a missing order without hesitation or question. And they seem like a great bunch of people. Can't fault 'em!!

Quite simply put unacceptable delivery time. Been waiting for almost a month for a small package to arrive, we do not live in the Middle Ages very quick to accept payment but very slow to deliver. I am currently still waitng for my order, so please if you are considering using this site beware you will not get anything in a hurry or maybe even nothing at all. Order # 100185980

the delivery to uk was fast, ordered on monday came friday , very discreet packaging , did not receive conformation emails but contacted them and they replied within 12hrs to comfirm my purchase and dispatch date :) would be happy to use them again
