Professional service friendly engineer no problems at all

We have used Wilson’s for the past seven years and never had reason to complain. They are efficient and do a good job. They have just installed new radiators and the installer has done an excellent job. We are extremely pleased with the completed work.

Bought a house which had an old boiler that wouldn't come on. I called Wilson's out on recommendation from my dad and couldn't be happier, fantastic service from start to finish. Was given good advice and recommendations on fixing vs buying a new boiler. Decided to go for a new one, appointment was booked within a week, and was actually done a day early. Ross fitted the boiler in an afternoon and did a brilliant job. I would recommend Wilson Plumbing & Heating to anyone, and will be using them for the annual service or anything else I might need in the future.

Fabulous service from this company. They replaced a broken boiler within a day for my 92 year old Mum who has dementia. I so much appreciated that they priorotised this job. Big thanks to Craig for his advice about the choices available offering us a cheaper option if we wished. Nick fitted the boiler in a morning, he was so kind and considerate with Mum. The house was left immaculate - absolutley fantastic job - THANKS!

From start to finish Craig and the team did everything they could to get my heating up and running. Th fitting of my new boiler was starting a day early (yippee) so all done by midday on installation day. Ross was excellent and kept me up to speed throughout and the job site was left immaculate. Reliable, friendly, professional company.

We have used Wilson Plumbing and heating for many years so had no hesitation in contacting them regarding replacing our 10 year old boiler, upgrading to a Hive heating control and replacement of a couple of radiators. The quote was actually less than we were expecting, which was a nice surprise, and they fitted us in very quickly for the install.

Our installer Ross was excellent and completed the job very quickly, he did hit a slight snag with some original piping but this was dealt with without fuss. He was very tidy and took away the old boiler and radiators.

Thank you Craig, Diane and Ross for making our boiler replacement a painless process.

Excellent service. They came the same day when there was a fault with the boiler, found the fault and then negotiated with Worcester Bosch when they claimed it was not a fault under warranty. A big thank you to all of Craig Wilson’s team.

Excellent service from Paul and the team to solve a small problem and do annual service to our boiler. Very understanding of the issues two older ladies have with dexterity.

We had a problem with our Combi boiler. Called and gave details to the lady, very helpful and she organised a heating engineer, Paul to come out the next day. Problem diagnosed, removed worn parts explaining what was needed. New parts were fitted and tested the system same day. Totally professional from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Very happy with Wilson Plumbing and heating. I've been getting some groundwork done, and the groundworkers managed to loosen the oil feed line slightly, resulting in air being drawn into the feed line. I called my usual heating company (who installed the new boiler) on Tuesday, but they were busy until Friday!! No heating. No hot water for FOUR DAYS! Wilson Plumbing to the rescue. The very helpful Diane said she'd get Paul, Nick or Craig to shuffle their day around and come out to sort things. Nick called and said he'd be with me in half an hour. He duly arrived, and with one look at the boiler, agreed it was air in the feed line. Literally two minutes later - boiler back on line. He was lovely enough to show me how to correct the issue if it happens again (unlike my regular company)! Punctual. Polite. Knowledgeable. Rescued us from zero heating on several quite cool days. Thank you very much. I will use this company again.

Excellent company and very friendly service, from Diane in the office to Steve who called out to fix my leaking boiler. I rang on Monday and by Tuesday afternoon not only was my leak fixed but boiler serviced too, despite Steve having another job to get to. Boiler not serviced in many years so it had to be done and I’m so grateful to Steve for going that bit extra to do it. He was friendly, efficient and very professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Craig Wilson Plumbing, and lesson learnt…service your boiler every year!

Used this company for a few years now. They have dealt with a couple of breakdowns in midwinter - fixed quickly. Have annual service and this is done quickly efficiently and in a friendly pleasant way. Would highly recommend them - boiler outside and even when its freezing cold services are done with no complaints. Well done to everyone.
