I had a great experience with Bloomington Carpet One. The sales person was very helpful and we were able to quickly find a carpet that met our needs and was available in the time frame we needed it in. The installation was done to meet our schedule which was very helpful since we had multiple projects going on. The installers were excellent. They were very conscientious -- in removing the old carpet, installing the new with no seams showing and in cleaning up after.

I had to get a carpet on short notice for a room that had flooded. I brought in an old sample to match, and though there was no exact match to the 12-year-old sample (no surprise), the whole team in the store worked to help me come up with something that matched well and was in my budget. It is so much better than my original idea! They came out to measure my room on the day I walked into the showroom and they had it delivered and installed on the day I needed it.

Excellent experience from in home carpet consultation, and room measurements, to carpet selection and project quote. Order was placed and carpet was available within 8 business days. My project included all living areas on 1st and 2nd levels. The installers completed the job in 2 separate visits per our request with no additional trip charge. Installers were on time, polite, and cleaned up, hauled all debris away. Workmanship was great. Excellent experience. I am a raving fan.

As long as you realize that these kinds of products, and services do not happen over night, you should be completely satisfied. It was a totally pain free process.

Carpet was measured incorrectly - Time to install delayed.
Date was set to install later - E mail the day before said, "sorry it will be a week later."
Store manager was slow to answer my calls. Very little coordination between employees.

Poorly managed store - Recommend people shop elsewhere for carpet.

The installers who came to my home were so professional and respectful. Did a fantastic job! My carpet is beautifully installed especially given the pattern they had to deal with! I would highly recommend this crew to anyone. Completely trustworthy, kind and happy to be on the job, which is rare these days. They were 5 star in my book!
