I can see that you have placed an order for two carpet samples. Firstly let me apologise for the fact that you have not received those yet however this sample order was forwarded to the relevant carpet manufacturers for delivery directly to you.
I can request that these samples are sent again and you should receive them within a few working days.

Unacceptable experience
Unacceptable experience. The seller did not deliver the carpet, blaming me for "refusing" to accept delivery at dates not agreed (with no notice and when I was at work!) and after the deadline had already passed. He then refused to answer any more emails and simply took the money without delivering the carpet.

Dear Sally,
We are deeply saddened that you have felt the need to leave us with such a negative score.
We had made every effort to try and get the carpet that you had ordered with us to you within the set delivery time frame. Once you had placed the order with us we then immediately offered you a delivery date within two days which was unacceptable as you could not make yourself available to receive delivery which is completely fair however we did try and book that in. A few days following on from that our courier then tried to deliver the carpet to you on a different day but unfortunately you were not present to receive delivery.
We then had to wait for the next available day for you and the courier to be able to complete the delivery however you were not happy with this and requested for a full refund. This full refund was given immediately.
We apologise that we could not fulfil this order however carpets that are so large in size need a specialist courier to deliver them. The courier that we use is one of the best flooring distributors in the U.K and would do all they can do deliver an item of this size efficiently however they do need assistance from the consumer to be able to fulfill these deliveries. The main request they have is that the customer can make themselves available on certain days so they can receive their carpets, if they can not then the customer would have to wait for the next available date. Unfortunately this may mean that certain delivery times are extended over the initially agreed time frame.
In this instance the delivery time frame for your order was extended.
I apologise for any inconvenience caused and will take any feedback you may have to make sure that this does not happen again in the future.
