Like all you out there I ordered and paid my money but have received nothing. As said they do not anwer calls or e mail. I will contact my creditcard company to take any possible action but don't use these people as it is simply fraud.

They took my money and after that, no confirmation, no delivery and no answer on my e-mails. AVOID.

Unlike what appears to be the overwhelming majority of reviews, I had an excellent experience in using CarPaintRepair. The paint arrived in a timely fashion with there being 10 days from ordering to receiving the paint. The paint matches the car perfectly achieved by the company mixing the paint according to the information derived from the car registration, and the instructions were clear and helpful

Like over 85% of the reviews here I have been scammed by this company. They don't answer emails or the phone. They lie about delivery dates and charge more for carriage (on items they don't send out anyway) than their terms and conditions state. I have decided not to waste my time chasing an item I know wont appear or attempt mailing them again for a refund. So... a quick check of Companies House does not list this company so I suspect they are unregistered, this means they are breaking the law on several counts and as such are vulnerable to prosecution. This appears to be the way to bring them to heal. I have reported them to Trading Standards and HMRC and I encourage anyone who has had trouble with this company to do the same.

Like Graeme I ordered paint without reading the reviews and had the same experience. No paint; no answers to e-mails; no money back when I cancelled the order. This is Breach of Contract at the very least, possibly worse. One wonders if they remit the VAT they collect from those who pay and get nothing back?

Well I`ll be quite fair. I`ve had two lots of paint. The second one arrived a bit late. Both are good value for money.

Totally poor in all aspects. 85% one star performance how are you still in business? ? Took a age to arrive and to respond to my chasing. No clothes decent brushes. Look at your similar sellers they supply all a customer could want in parts to complete the job. Made a big mistake will never use you again.

Should have read the review before I ordered but I didn’t they have got me money I have no paint the don’t answer the phone or there emails PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE A FRAUD

this carpaintair took my money straight away and after a week emailed me that they could not find my paint. but after that, I read the reviews now I know why. They are not a good supplier. I asked for my money back but I do not hold out much hope of receiving it,

This should be no stars. Avoid. I ordered paint with the correct code taken from the plate in my car. I was told on November 22nd it had been dispatched and it eventually arrive on December 4th, but instead of red it was brown, and only half of the code reference was written on the bottle. I emailed them twice - no reply. I rang them but was told to email them by an answering machine. I wrote a formal rejection of the goods under the Consumer Rights Act and emailed it to them, asking them for a refund within seven days and advice on whether they would collect, or pay for the return, of the faulty goods. That was eight days ago. They are breaking the law and they don't care.

Why didn't I look at reviews first?
Absolute joke of a company,I placed my order and immediately got a email saying it was been prepared,6 weeks and 7 emails later and I haven't had my order or even a reply.
Phone is always on answerphone as well.
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.stay well clear.

Wrong colour arrived after 3 week wait. After writing complaint email, I eventually got told to send it back. I was refunded but I am still chasing the return postage refund. One to avoid.

Do not use terrible company don’t answer phone or emails I’ve asked for refund don’t use them

If I could give a nil star rating I would do so for this outrageous rip-off. When my order eventually arrived after a reminder that it was overdue, the package (which had been leaking) contained three small plastic bottles with obliterated, torn and totally illegible labels. As there no indication of their contents the instructions were meaningless. I have immediately rejected the goods and asked for a refund, so we will see what happens. I now wish that I had seen the almost uniformly unfavourable reviews on Trustpilot before ordering. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

My husband ordered paint 10 days ago nothing has arrived we have emailed them twice they have ignored the email. they wont answer the phone this is the first and last time we will be buying off them

Like many others I ordered touch up paint before reading the reviews and thought what have I done. The order was acknowledged on-line within minutes and a few days later an email advised that my order was being made up and would be with me around 5 to 10 working days. The order duly arrived on day 5. The colour matches the vehicle from the code I provided so all I can say is the service I received was excellent and I would likely use them in future. Believe me I do not shirk from giving bad reviews when I feel they are needed.

Stay away. 3 weeks until I finally had a reply to say (despite their website saying they could find the paint code from my ref number) asking for more information.

I wish I’d have read the other reviews before ordering. Do not bother with this company. They are difficult to get hold off and after 3 weeks I demanded a refund. With happened a few days later.

Paint arrived in good time but was not a colour match ... no reply to any of my emails. Got the correct colour from ebay for half the price. They don’t seem to mind the terrible reviews - just wish I’d read them before I ordered.

I saw how terrible the reviews were after placing my order, so I politely messaged these people to refund me, the communication was fine, and the refund back to me within 4 days. Maybe I should of given them a chance. Doesnt feel they should be not trusted.
