Less than 4 year after having the kitchen fitted everything started to fall apart. The extractor pipe for the hood was fitted incorrectly and now one of our en-suite bathrooms smells of food whenever we cook. The tap they fitted is also falling apart. The cupboard doors are falling apart. We were told someone would be in touch each time we called, they then ignored our phone calls. I’ve since heard they’ve gone bust, thank god they have after scamming so many customers
NOT AMUSED!
Six years ago I had a roughly 'fitted' kitchen. The fitter lived miles away and only spent a few hours here each time he came He also managed to put a corner cupboard door on the wrong way. The wall cupboards I had specified were not put up and I was charged to put the agreed ones up as they were bigger and their rep had omitted the depth on his paperwork. The worktop scratches as soon as you look at it. There were numerous other little problems too. Now the facing material is coming away from the backing on the cupboards!!!!! I have been told they should have lasted at least 15 years!

This has to be the worst company that I have ever dealt with. Sub standard work and appalling service and behaviour from the head office team. I thought that I had been mis sold from the outset. I feel very sorry for staff that lost their jobs, but this was a rogue trader, appalling way of treating customers and doing business.

Pleased to hear that this company has ceased trading . They give you a quote , take payment bf starting working , then find extra`s that cost , plus if you returned any item , you never got any money back . The worst decision I ever made , and the kitchen was not worth the money

Best news ever that this company has gone bust after fleecing customers with sub standard products, missed deadlines and appalling after sales service.
It is just amazing it has taken so long. As long as 2012 their service has been disgraceful.
I just bet the owners have not lost out.

This should be minus a million stars as I have never come accross such ineptitude in a company. Thank the lord no other customers will have to deal with such poor customer services and disorganisation - GOOD RIDDANCE.

Brilliant!
My worktop was fitted over three years’ ago. I was delighted with both the workmanship and the quality of the quartz worktop fitted. The customer service was excellent. I recently noticed that the filler in the joins was wearing, so gave Premier a call. I expected a fairly negative response - after three years, what do you expect! But they could not have been more helpful. The boys have been today and replaced the filler, taking time and care to do a lovely job. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
Rogue traders
Rogue traders. Dishonest company. Search company house to see how many other companies Iain Forsyth has. My kitchen started to delaminate after 1 yr then took 2 years of complaining. Eventually replaced doors but their fitter said they haven’t solved the problem and the same will happen again. Went into liquidation 1 week later. Knowingly gave me a 3 yr warranty days before this. On Company House they had already agreed to closing down the company. All directors had resigned in November. Check all kitchen companies on Company House website, especially in Peterborough, for Iain Forsyth’s name as he has many. Avoid buying from him. People like him should be stripped of all assets to pay the people he has ripped off. They shouldn’t be allowed to reopen under a new name and have all debts cleared.

Very dissapointed
Very dissapointed. After paying more than 10k for my glossy kitchen. After a few years the cupboards started peeling off(Delamination) We tried to solve this by Premier and Premier asked to pay to have the cupboards replaced. This was the email they sent me in July.I paid.Up to now, noone has come to do the work. I have been phoning and noone is picking up the their phones. There is a message to say they are closed until further notice.

It is frustrating that the products have failed outside the warranty period and we too share your disappointment. Previously we have benefited with support from the manufacturer in regards to this delamination issue however unfortunately the company who manufactured your product have now ceased trading.
After seeking thorough advice with any delamination issues that we are presented with outside of the warranty period, we have agreed to offer replacement units at a reduced rate. Premier will pay 50% of the cost price and the customer to pay the other 50% of the cost price . All labour will be supplied free of charge to have them re-fitted.
We really hope that you see this offer as a genuine interest in bringing your problem to a swift conclusion.

Thank goodness this dreadful company has gone into liquidation and I am surprised it has taken so long! I feel so sorry for the people who have recently lost deposits, but at least Premier Kitchens won't be able to fleece any more poor unsuspecting customers in the future.
My experience with them was awful, customer service dep't never returned calls, the kitchen took months to complete after mis ordering materials, faulty workmanship and so in the end we finished it ourselves !
Companies like this should never be allowed to trade...

My experience of using Premier Kitchens & Bathrooms was an absolute Pleasure😁Totally Professional & I felt Stress Free at all times. Most of all, they completed an outstanding wardrobe I have been dreaming about for years! Of which, I am 💯% happy with😏 The fitter Rai was so nice & friendly, also extremely tidy😉 I would Definitely recommend them & I would use them again to improve my property. Many Thanks☺️

Wanted my bathroom done,with premier kitchen and bathrooms at first the staff in Northampton branch seem Really nice and helpful, decided to go with a complete bathroom upgrade I thought it was very expensive, the branch told me I can do a buy now pay later, I gave all the information needed and also handed over the deposit by bac transfer I was given date for them to staff, but 2 weeks before they were due to start I kept getting calls wanting to push back my dates. I said no and can I get back my deposit then they got back to me and said I signed the contract and terms and conditions state in 3.8 that I cancelled so I have lost my money, now I'm out of pocket and no bathroom. Ver5 angry don't know what to do and there customer care service don't care.

I had a very good experience with Premier kitchens & bedrooms. I needed built in wardrobes for two bedrooms and the process went so smoothly. From the initial visit all the way through installation - there was a slight hiccup with the handles but the customer service team were on it straight away and I didn't have to wait any longer than a week before it was sorted.
I would definitely use them again if I needed anything else for my bedrooms or kitchen.

Fitted bedroom
So pleased with our fitted bedroom. The fitter, worked very hard and finished exactly when expected. Only hitch was 2 missing handles, but these were fitted the following week. Our second fit from Premier and so pleased with the price and work.

Yet again
Yet again, we have received no responses from our emails to Premier. I have requested for our deposit to be refunded as complaints logged with them months ago have still not been made good.
Despite calls received regarding other complaints made, it is all false promises!!!
Disgusting customer service - I honestly cant believe that you continue to treat your customers in this manner.
We received an email months ago from you stating that 'over time, the oil leak will simply fade' - are you actually serious?
Why are you not arranging for this to be cleaned properly as per our conversation with Kate months ago? Who by they way, I have emailed and still no response!!!
I do not recommend this company at all, simply due to their terrible Customer Service!! Such a shame as the kitchen workmanship cannot be faulted but, you MUST sort out your customer services!!!
It has now got to the point where we require our deposit back and will arrange for the cleanup ourselves- this is the second time I have asked for our deposit back by the way and I would appreciate at least an acknowledgment to this and a discussion to work towards resolution.

New kitchen, utility and building works.
I had a wall knocked down and kitchen and utility installed.
All workmen were pleasant and professional, especially Kenny and Duncan the kitchen fitters, Nick the electrician, Craig the builder and Nigel the plasterer who all worked extremely hard and went above and beyond. Absolute perfectionists!
The customer care team unfortunately were somewhat disorganised so I ended up relying on Kenny to find out the itinerary for the next day etc as my calls weren't always returned, I was given false information and one day I waited in for a builder to turn up who when I spoke with him wasn't scheduled until the following day!!!
Anyway, I'm very happy with my kitchen its beautiful but there is a lump under my kardean flooring and my hob won't link with the extractor hood. (Something I need to make Premier aware of).
Apart from the lack of service from the customer care team I would definitely recommend Premier for the sheer professionalism of Kenny and Duncan!
