Very unhelpful, I bought a set which shrunk in the wash which I put on the coldest setting. Wasn’t able to wear this set so Sent back and they wanted me to pay shipping to receive my own parcel back. Would not order from this company again. Such a big company and they can’t even ship the parcel back or help me.

Customer service has always been really helpful and prompt in responding and getting my issue sorted quickly and efficiently. Could never fault the quality of clothing, always happy with my purchases!

Shopped with Caramella a few times and usually really good quality. The most recent time the quality was not as good, however Eve from customer service handled it really well and gave me store credit. Won’t let this stop me from ordering again though! X

Have been waiting for the oatmeal set to come back in for a little while, ended up ordering the brown as it hadn't come back and the day after it came back in, sent a message and was responded to almost immediately, my order was amended right aaay and I have now got what I wanted originally. I love this company. Very good quality clothes and look out for amazing offers/sales they do. I bought an amazing pink dress for a wedding and it arrived on time and really good quality as well. I've bought things over the past few years and when I've had to return an item because it doesn't fit right, it's always hassle free. The staff are quick to respond to queries too. 5 stars.

The coat I ordered arrived quickly and was well-packaged. The faux fur is very good quality and the coat looks a lot more expensive than it was - very luxurious and warm, and it has had lots of lovely comments! I didn’t need to contact customer services but they are very active on their Insta page so I would imagine they respond quickly to any issues.

Caramella staffs are great in customer services, they provided excellent customer service & support when needed. I can not thank them enough for helping me out with recent orders & delivery issues etc. their quality of clothes are really good too. I highly recommends to others to purchase from them, they do not compromise on quality or customer services saying it from experience. Thank you Caramel for everything you’ve done for me!

This was my first time ordering, I was unsure about the sizing and fit so I left a message on insta, and the customer service was amazing I thought no one would probably get back to me in time but they got back to me and their responses were quick and efficient which made me feel even better about the brand itself and made me go ahead and place that order. All queries were answered and no confusion left😁

The company offers high quality clothes that rival high street brands. I have ordered several times from them and have never been disappointed. Their returns process is easy and the communication with the team is fast and direct. The website is easy to navigate and I enjoy their social media posts and ads that are clear and transparent to what you receive in terms of the quality.
