A company that excels in more ways than one

I love, love, love my Curavi Pro Laser diod Belt for pain. It is far superior to infared LEDs! I purchased it for sciatica but use it all over wherever i can. After using it constantly for about 2 years it malfunctioned and only partial rows worked. I was heartbroken; for as one can see they are not cheap and to replace it on my meager income is very painful in a different way. Thankfully Capillius offers a superior warranty and stands buy their products! They replaced my belt without hassle! I'm so greatful this company actually stands behind there products. Because my belt works so well I hope to one day be able to purchase a Capillus Healing Pod. I think that would be heavenly. Until then, a girl can only dream. Hope all who purchase this belt are as blessed as I to receive such relief:)

Even though I screwed up with UPS on…

Even though I screwed up with UPS on receiving the delivery (signature required) and the package ended up being sent back to Capillus, the Capillus customer service was super responsive to my email and promptly sent it back out to me. A+ on service!

* Is not Bluetooth enabled as listed on the website;

* Did not come with the carrying case as listed on the website.

* The app is not good at all.

I'm disappointed in what I received vs what the website said I was receiving. Yeli is a very good contact.
I hope my concerns with be resolved.

Courrier delay due to unreadable…

Courrier delay due to unreadable commercial invoice needed to calculate tax payable.
I suggest using DHL which can prepaid tax payable for customer to reimburse.
Next time make sure that the commercial invoice is readable by emailing your courrier

We appreciate the feedback you've left on your experience with UPS; Capillus ensures all international orders include necessary taxes and duties for the recipient's country at the time of check out to avoid customs delays or additional charges upon receipt. If additional documentation is required, we are happy to provide you with that information as the Agent did within hours of you reaching out requesting the invoice. Unfortunately, we are unable to control additional security checks customs may perform before releasing the device, and they are performed at random.

Isis was terrific. Very knowledgeable about the product. The issue of cap unresponsiveness is uncertain and inconsistent. She's sending me a replacement battery, in case the situation continues.

Overall a GREAT experience!

Prior to making the purchase I had called Capillus twice and on both occasions I was able to speak a live person (no AI, no voicemail) who was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Despite a potential backlog, not only did I receive the cap in one week but, inside the box was a nice note stating that had upgraded my order and provided me with a cap that contains more lasers! - A truly wonderful surprise!

Positive Experiences with Capillus Products

I have been using the Capillus cap for years, with noted positive results My hair stopped thinning and regrew. I am finding that my recently ordered product, the Curalight Body, is just as effective. My knee and ankle pain is diminishing and my mobility and balance is improved.
